Sonic boys x reader (OLD)

Shadow path; Video Games

It wasn't long before you and June had arrived at the house, and were welcomed in by sonic. June wandered off somewhere and you huffed in a little annoyance, just like her to abandon you here. You walked into the living room only to find silver and knuckles playing a video game that looked like Mario cart.

"What're you guys doing?"

     You asked curiously, sitting in a chair across the room. You hadn't quite noticed a pair of red eyes staring at you from the couch.

"Playing Mario cart.... BUT SILVER IS CHEATING!"

"Am not!"

     Knuckles and silver glared at eachother for a few seconds before silver hurled his remote at you. But- because you have poor reflexes it hit you square in the forehead. You keeled over with a whimper,

"What the heck silver?"

    You hissed, touching your now reddening forehead gingerly and sitting back up.

"Sorry!"

    To your surprise there was the guy from earlier, shadow. He knelt right in front of you, checking the mark on your forehead carefully.

"Damnit silver....."

    He growled looking back at him,

"I told you to be more careful with your telekinesis.... you throwing that was two times the force!"

      Silver shifted awkwardly in his chair, and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Sorry (y/n)...."

      You smiled awkwardly,

"It's alright Silver, it really is."

     You picked up the controller and looked at it,

"Would anyone be interested in playing a few rounds with me...?"

     You asked curiously, looking at the boys in the room. None of them said anything, but shadow simply took the controller from knuckles.

"You're on."

      He grumbled, sitting down next to you.

* time skip *

    After five rounds, you were named victorious. You threw your hands in the air with a happy yell of victory. Shadow smiled slightly beside you.

"Good game Shadow!"

"Same to you (y/n)..."
