I bit my lip, the whole ride home had been silent, I haven't said a word. Let alone answer the questions my mom asked. But when we stepped through the front door of the dry and warm house, it seemed as if hell was released.

"Do you have a baby? Did you knock some girl up, and now have a fucking child?!" Mom yelled at me, gaining the attention of dad, who was seated on the couch.

"Don't make him cry again, please" I told her in a more hushed tone.

"I'm disappointed in you Jimin! You're throwing away your life for some whore and a worthless child" Park Eunhee, my mother, said. Or rather yelled.

"Mom listen-" I was immediately cut off by dad dad.

"Get out" He said. I looked at him in shock.

"But it's no-"

"He said get out!" Eunhee hissed.

I knew my parents didn't like children, they only took care of me because my real parents, my 'moms' sister and brother in law, had died many years ago. But who would send a 17 year old out like that?

I frowned, wanting to protest, but I didn't want to anger them even more. So I nodded and quickly went out the door, a crying Kwanwook in my arms. I tried my best to shelter him from the rain under the jacket I could quickly snatch from the hall.

I heard the door be slammed shut behind me, but didn't look back. I walked in the pouring rain, almost running down the well known street. To a house I had been visiting a lot the last few years.

I knew that Hoseok would help me, or at least his mother would. She would know how to take care of a baby, right?

Knocking on the door, I waited for someone to open it. Once it did, I shot him an apologetic smile before being let in. I hang my jacket on the hanger, slipping my shoes off quickly before stepping into the living room.

"What happened to you?" Hoseok asked. "Is that a baby?" I nodded.

"Do you have a towel, quickly?" I asked and Hoseok nodded. He disappeared from sight to get one and after a minute, he came running back with a large brown towel and I asked him to put it on the table. I unwrapped the now wet blanket from around little Kwanwook and rewrapped the soft, warm and dry towel around the child.

"So, what happened?" Hoseok asked when I finished, both of us going to sit on the couch. Jimin once again hushed the child.

"I-uhh, was waiting for the bus and this lady stopped her van in front of me and forced me to get in, threatening me with this little cutie" I smiled down at Kwanwook, my finger caught in the baby's little grasp. "Long story short, I escaped and my parents kicked me out" I showed him the letter I took from my pocket.

"Wow" Hoseok was speechless for a few seconds, mulling over what he just heard and read. "Why would they kick you out like that?"

"They hate kids, you know that, besides I'm not even their real kid, they don't really care about me" I shrugged, I got used to it by now.

"They think I knocked some girl up and had a child, so they told me to not, and I quote, 'throw away my life for a whore and a worthless child'" I sighed.

"Did you bring anything with you?" Hoseok asked, to which I shook my head.

"I'll get everything tomorrow, when they're away at work"

"You can stay here for the mean time" another voice suddenly spoke, we looked at Hoseok's mom and dad standing in the doorway.

Auntie, Hoseok's mother, walked to sit next to me, smiling at Kwanwook sweetly.

"He's so cute" She said. Her finger brushed over his cheek. We both smiled at the him as he softly let out sounds, his small teeth less mouth opening to yawn cutely.

"What's his name?" Auntie asked.

"Kim Kwan Wook" I smiled softly. She nodded. Suddenly little Wookie started crying again.

"Have you fed him already?"

"Some baby food I bought, it's in the plastic bag" I nodded to the bag on the ground beside the table.

"He cant eat this yet, he's probably too young" she shook her head. "He needs milk"

"Oh"

"It's okay" she shook her head. "We'll just have to buy him some, honey can you get some at the 24/7 store nearby? And a bottle please"

Hoseoks dad nodded and went to buy the stuff, I felt bad for keeping them up at 11pm, and for just dropping in with a crying child. But I didn't know where else to go.

At the end of the evening, I was asleep in the guest room with Kwanwook besides me in Hoseok's old crib. He was sleeping peacefully, even if he did start crying(only once in the entire night), he was quickly hushed when I put the pacifier in his small mouth.

In the morning, 6:34am, he woke me up again. This time not stopping even though I tried to put back the pacifier in his mouth. I carefully picked him up and held him against my chest, walking around slowly with him and whispering small words.

"He's hungry" auntie commented from the door, looking tired but with a small smile on het face as she watched me with Wookie.

"Should I make him some milk?" I questioned. She nodded and walked with me downstairs, going to the kitchen to make a bottle of milk. She warmed it in the microwave and put some of it on her hand.

"You test if it's too hot on your hand, if it is, you just let it cool down" She told me and handed me the bottle. "It's okay now"

I shifted Kwanwook to lay in my arms and took the bottle from her. I placed the bottle in front of Wookie's mouth, watching as he quieted down quickly and opened its small mouth, inviting the milk and drinking eagerly.

"He's so cute" I said softly, looking down at the child in my arms.
