Dear Alex,
A couple days ago me, Toby, mum and dad arrived in Wales with Alice and Leo, our cousins. We had rented out this house by the sea, and it was so beautiful. Four bedrooms, big dining room, cute kitchen, beautiful gardens, it was perfect! Alice and Toby are in the same year, with me in the year below them and Leo the year below me, so for the most part we all got along! Me and Alice shared a room, and Toby shared with Leo. We did something every day. For example, today we went to the lighthouse and looked over the cliffs, but I didn't write to Tell you that, or even about climbing Holyhead mountain! I wrote to tell you something that happened on the first night. We had just turned out the light, when I called out Alice's name and I swear to God I was going to come out to her, I was! But when I heard her reply of "yeah?" I couldn't do it. So I replied with "nothing" and we went to sleep. I tried to work up the courage to tell her the rest of the time there, but couldn't, and now it's too late. I can hear dad calling me to get in the car. Goodbye Wales!
