(Death the Kids Pov)
It was 2:00 am and We finally got to death city after we finished our mission and I decided that we should go for a walk, as we walked the city enjoying the peace and quiet of the night, we found a bench and decided to sit for a while. Sometimes it's just good to just close your eyes and enjoy the silence, well that was until I heard a huge clashing sound. My eyes shot open as I had Liv and Patty transform and I ran towards the sound which led me to an ally way, once I got there I saw a Kishin and a girl fighting, before I could help the girl was thrown right into me making us fall to the ground. She was holding a black scythe, she instantly got up and changed right at the creature not even fazed by all of the cuts she had, I instantly stood up and started shooting at the Kishin. The girl fought until the Kishin grabbed her by the neck bashing her into the wall a few times causing her to drop her scythe which instantly transformed and caught the girl before she hit the ground. Her weapon was a guy haft Full black hair and a dark outfit and red eyes and his partner had long (H/c) hair was down and her bangs covered her right eye. Her (E/c) eyes were closed shut and she was bleeding everywhere and her partner held her close. I finally killed the kishin and gave the guy the soul and he hesitated but took it."You guys alright?" I asked as I helped the guy up, he held his mister tightly as her stood up, they both looked about our age,"Ya weregyshe walked away from uok thank you, oh and by the way I'm Seth and this is my meister, her name is (Y/n),"He said and I let go of Liz and Patty letting them transform,"Well I'm Death the Kid but you can just call me Kid, and these are my weapons Liz and Patty,"I said,"Hey do you go to the DWMA because I haven't seen you two before."Oh no we live on the streets and My Meister here got attacked and it was just a little to much for her to handle but she will be fine... we've been through worse,"he said while looking down at his unconscious Meister."Well today is your lucky day because I can get you into the DWMA and if you need a place to stay I have plenty of room,"I offered and motioned him to follow,"Thank you so much,"He said as he followed, Seth was polite and you can tell he really cares for his mister and to be honest... she is kinda cute.
(Time skip 3:00am)
(Seth's Pov)
It's been and hour and (y/n) still hasn't woke up and I was starting to get worried, I didn't know what to do other than sit there by her side. Kid said we could bring her to the school Infirmary but I still don't quite trust this Death the Kid guy, but he is the only option we got right now. I looked over at (y/n) and that's when her eyes slowly opened,"S-Seth are you ok?"She asked which made laugh,"Ya in fine, What about you?" I asked with a smile,"I've been through worse. W-Where are we?"She asked as she sat up and looked around the room,"There was this Guy his name is Kid, and he took us in after he finished off the fight, we also got the soul so I guys that was a nice touch," I laughed which made her smile and she started to get up off the bed,"Well I better go an thank Kid for his hospitality and we will be on our way,"She said and started to walk but stumbled and landed into my arms.

I was finally up and went to go thank whoever Kid was but I stumbled over my feet and landed in Seth's arm,"S-Sorry,"I said with a alights giggle as I got to my feet."Oh it's fine well you better go and find Kid,"Seth said kinda pushing me out the door,"Ok, I'm going,"I said and he shut the door, he too over dramatic sometimes. I walked down the long halls and couldn't find anyone, Geez this guys house is big. I checked in different rooms and eventually found the kitchen and walked in. It was still dark outside so maybe they were still asleep si I decided to check the time,"3:00 in the morning!" I said in surprised. Of corse there not gonna be up this early, so that's why Seth had me go out here HE WAS MESSING WITH ME! I was starting to get frustrated and that's when I heard someone ask,"Are you looking for something?" I instantly turned around to see a boy around my age with jet black hair that had three white stripes on the left side, his outfit was fully symmetrical and now that I think of it his house is as well,"I-I'm just looking for Kid, Seth told me I should find him,"I said nervously,"Your looking at him now what is it you need," He said and my face turned red out of embarrassment,"I am so so sorry! I just wanted to say thank you for helping us and we should be on our way,"I really felt bad even though I've never even met the guy."Oh no I am planning on letting you stay here until you get a home and you can join the academy,"He said with a straight face,"What academy?"I asked look straight into his bright golden eyes,"The DWMA! It will help you with your skills as a Mister, I'm a Mister as well and with the skills that you have we should be in the same class,"He said sounding quite excited."Ok I guess me and Seth can join, so when do we start?"I asked ,"Today, it's super easy to sign people up so you can start today, you might wanna get some sleep before we head out because it's only 4:00 ok,"He said making me look over at the clock, we have been talking for an hour already."We'll I better..." I cut him off saying,"WAIT!"I didn't notice but I grabbed his wrist,"Ya, what is it?" He asked turning back towards me,"Y-Your house is so big and I don't know my way around so do you mind if you could show me back to my room?"I asked nervously and noticed I was still holding onto his wrist and instantly let go and a light shade of red appeared on my face but only for a little bit."Ya that's fine just follow me,"He said as he walked out of the room and held the door for me,"Thanks!"I said as I exited the kitchen and he just nodded his head and I followed him. We made small talk and he asked me little questions like what's my favorite color or favorite food. Once we made it to the room I thanked him again told him good night and entered the room,"Hey Seth I'm back,"I sad as I entered the room, it had two beds and Seth was sitting at the far one by the window,"So how was it,"He said in a teasing voice,"Oh shut up! I got lost and he found me in the kitchen and I told him thank you and also starting today we are joining the DWMA,"I said and he smiled,"Oh I know, we might want to get some sleep before the morning ok,"He said as he laid down on the bed,"Y-You go ahead,"I said as I sat down on my bed,"You still can't sleep? You know this isn't good for you, this is why we are so sloppy when it comes to fighting,"He said as he looked over at me,"Is this about that stinking Kishin, I'm fine, he was just harder than I expected,"I lied to be honest I was exhausted but I didn't want to fall asleep because every single time I sleep I have the same dream."Hey I'm here, if you have that dream again just remember that I will always be here ok,"Seth said as he got up and sat down next to me,"B-But,"I was on the verge of tears just thinking about it and that's when Seth came and wrapped his arms around me, pulling me onto his lap and hugged me,"I'm here,"He whispered in my ear and I put my head onto his chest and fell asleep. (I know this is a Death the Kid x Reader but I'm trying to make Seth look like a nice guy so DON'T GET MAD please!)
(Time skip BECAUSE I CAN)
I woke up and Seth was gone, I decided to get dressed and get ready for our first day at the DWMA. When I was finished getting dressed I left the room and I looked down the long hallway, remembering how I got lost last time but I remembered how to get to the kitchen so that's were I will go. I walked down the hallway with my hands in the pockets of my black hoodie and walked down the hall, I did have that dream last night but I didn't want anyone to see me show fear because I am the Meister to a very strong scythe and I can't show fear. I walked into the kitchen to find Kid cooking and Liz, Patty,And Seth sitting there at the table,"You sleep well?"Seth asked as I sat next to him,"Ya it was great,"I lied and Seth could tell."Here you go fresh pancakes,"Kid said as he set down the plate and everyone grabbed pancakes and I was the last to get on 'By choice'. I grabbed one and ate it,"That's was good thanks Kid,"I said with a smile."Are you sure you only ate one,"Kid said slightly concerned,"Ya I'm just not that hungry that's all,"I said and I waited for every one to finish and made small talk. After every one was done we headed out of the house and realized we were in a mansion but I didn't want to say anything so we just continued walking. We arrived at the bottom of the huge staircase leading up to the school and there was only one thought that came to mind, Here we go.
