A walking dead fanfic was suggested so I hear your calls and I am writing a reader x rick fanfic! I have watched the walking dead and I fucking loved it so I hope you enjoy :) also this is set with all the characters who were in the prison (from the first part of season 3)

I was throughly surrounded. The foul smelling walkers were slowly drawing in on me from left, right and centre. Sagged, rotten skin was peeling from their hideous faces. I drew my knife with a ring and started grabbing their necks and forcing my knife through their rotted skulls. It was no use though. I thought fast and barged through the crowd of dead, barging my way through. To my surprise I made it! With surprise on my face I started sprinting away. a gunshot went off behind me, it echoed in my ears. Spinning around I saw a group of capable looking men, they were killing the walkers. It had been 8 months last time I saw another person so this was quite a surprise.

"Hey!" I yelled, stopping in my tracks, trying to get their attentions. Before I knew it a man pointed his jet black gun at me and without hesitation he pulled the trigger. He got me right in the leg, the pain was excruciating. Grabbing my leg to stop the bleeding I hobbled off, trying to get away from the people as fast as possible. To my surprise they didn't come after me.

I was hobbling through the woods for hours when I came across a big metal fence. I was in shock, everything was vibrant and fuzzy and my ears were ringing like telephones. I approached the fence and behind it sat a huge prison. I saw people running around outside of it! I slowly dragged myself up to the gate, trying to avoid the walkers as best I could. I trembled in the legs and I felt myself collapse. I saw walkers crowding over me as it all turned black.

This was a short chapter.. only the start to the story so don't worry not all the chapters are going to be like this. This was something I threw together last minute. Tell me if you want smut... no smut? A love triangle between Daryl too!!! Tell me. What do you want to hear? It's really up to you because I haven't introduced any characters yet.
