You, Me, Let's Do This Thing

(Bea's POV)

Andy and I sat in Starbucks, laughing our asses off.

"Wait, so he actually jumped?" Andy asked. I boded my head. I was telling her about my cousin who jumped off a bridge, it was on his bucket list.

"Luckily, the bridge wasn't too high from the water. Plus his crush had to give him CPR," I said. Andy started laughing at my story.

"I bet he was happy," Andy said, still laughing.

"He was," I told her. I looked to the left to see my high school bully. Andy looked over and saw her.

"Let's go," Andy said, she grabbed my hand and pulled me out of Starbucks.

"Thanks, hoe," I said.

"That's what best friends are for," Any replied. We drove to my house, then we pulled up in the parking lot.

"Want to stay the night?" I asked, looking at my best friends.

"Yeah," Andy replied, we got out of the car and went into the house. Jake and Ademir were in the living room. Jake and I made eye contact for a second, then I broke it. Turns out avoiding Jake was harder than I thought.

"Hey," Jake said, running a hand through his perfect hair.

"Hi," I said.

"I'm gonna go upstairs," Andy said, leaving me, Jake, and Ademir.

"Bea look, I-" Jake started before I cut him off.

"No, just no. I gave you my answer and it's final," I said. He looked hurt, really hurt.

"Oh, okay," Jake said, hurt and sadness laved in his voice. I walked up to my room, Andy was already in my bed.

"Hey Andy?" I asked. "We're gonna be friends no matter what, right?"

"Of course, we're gonna handle life together," Andy said.

"You, Me, Let's do this thing," I said, smiling. I got changed, then I went to bed.

It was about 2:30 AM when I woke up. I stretched a little bit, then I went downstairs. I walked in the kitchen, and I saw Jake in the living room. It was just him, I guess Ademir was sleeping. He looked over at me and smiled, I couldn't help but senile back at him. I walked in the living-room and sat next to him on the couch.

"Hey," I said, breaking the silence.

"Hi," Jake said back. After that, we just sat in silence for a couple of minutes.

"Does Ademir know what happened?" I asked.

"Yeah, he wasn't mad though," Jake said.

"I'm really sorry," I said.

"Don't be, you're just looking out for your brother," Jake told me.

"I know, I'm still sorry," I said.

"I'm sorry too," Jake said, I looked at him confused.

"What for?" I asked, laughing a bit at the end.

"For springing my feelings on you," Jake said.

"It's okay, I'm glad you did," I said. Now it was Joke's turn to look confused.

"Really? Why?" Jake asked.

"Because, I'm glad you have the same feelings as me," I said, smiling, he smiled too.

"Can I try something?" Jake asked.

"Sure," I said, shrugging at the end.

"Close your eyes," Jake instructed. I obliged and shut my eyes. I felt something on my lips, my eyes shot open. Jake was kissing me! It took me a second, but I kissed him back. We ran out of air and pulled away.

"Wow," I said, panting a bit. Jake chuckled a bit and smiled. I rested my head on his shoulder and sighed.

"You're so beautiful," Jake said, playing with a strand of my hair. I blushed looked up at him, he was already looking at me. Jake rested his head on mine, and he intertwined our hands. I didn't protest, but should I? What about Ademir?

"Jake," I said. He hummed in response. "I think we should stop."

"Okay, just let me say this. I love you," Jake said. I didn't say anything, I couldn't. If I did, I wouldn't be able to stop myself from being with him.

"Goodnight, Jake," I said, then I quietly ran up the stairs. I walked in my room to see Andy sleeping. I sighed in relief, then I sat in my bed. This is killing me inside. I lied down, then I fell asleep.

I woke up to someone, or something, shaking me. I slapped the person's hand away, only to hear a laugh. A laugh I knew all to well.

It was Andy.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"Ademir needs to talk to you," Andy told me. I got up, then went to the living room. Sure enough, Ademir was sitting in there.

"Hey, sis," Ademir greeted.

"Hey. What did you need to talk to me about?" I asked. I I d of already had an idea though.

"Jake," Ademir said, I knew it.

"What about him?" I asked.

"Do you like him?" Ademir asked. I sighed, I wasn't getting out of this one, and he knew it just as well as I did.

"Yeah," I said.

"I'm not stopping you from being with him," Ademir said.

"Well, I am," I said.

"Why?" Ademir asked.

"Because, he's one of your best friends. If we got together, then broke up, it would risk your friendship. I can't do that to you, and I won't," I said.

"You don't have to do that for me," Ademir said.

"Yeah, I do," I told him, then I turned around and went back up to my room. My mi d went to last night. The kiss, he said he loved me. I sighed and went to get ready.

Wassup? I got bored so I updated. I'm still listening to 'Why.' I have an addiction to that song.

The next chapter is gonna be a little said. So get your asses ready. Get your ice cream, and turn on All The Way by Jacksepticeye. What? I like that song.
