Chapter Three

Kinley's POV

School was a complete blur. Kate ended up not coming to school today which meant I was stuck with Cameron the rest of the day. Which wasn't bad, except for at lunch I had to sit with his friends. It was finally time to go home and I was at my locker getting book bag, keys and phone out of there ready to go home before I felt someone shove me into my locker and hit my elbow which hurt like a bitch. I spun around and came face to face with one of the girls Cam sat with. I knew she didn't like me, she kept giving me dirty looks and taking my stuff and then laughing about it. Her name was Lynsey and all she wanted was Cameron. "Excuse me." I said and turned around and looked at her outfit. Hey at least she wasn't a hoe.

"Oops sorry it was an accident." She said rolling her eyes and scoffing. "KEEP ROLLING YOUR EYES MAYBE YOULL FIND A BRAIN BACK THEIR!" I yelled across the hall as she kept walking away. She turned around and flicked me off while I mocked her and then rolled my eyes. I put my phone in my backpacker, threw my backpack on and grabbed my keys and shut my locker locking it. I went out the school doors right before getting caught by Cameron. Why can't I just go home?!

"Hey Kinley wait up!" He yelled jogging up to me and smiling. "Hey Cam whats up?" I asked running my hands through my medium length brown naturally wavy hair.

"We still on for that date later tonight at Unizi?" He asked. "Yea totally what time?" I asked walking towards my car.

'Probably around 7 is that good?" He asked. "Perfect see you tonight." I said and jogged towards my car just wanting to get home. I set everything in the passenger seat and started my car and finally went home.

As I was driving home I got a call from Kate. "Hey." I said into the phone. "Hey how was school today what did I miss?" She asked into the phone. I rolled my eyes.

"Nothing really, just a huge question as to why weren't you there today?" I asked pulling into my driveway and parking my car.

"Well Pay knew you were going to go to school so she wanted me to go the doctors with her." Kate sighed. "And what did the doctors say?" I asked not bothering getting out of my car.

"Well she is pregnant and basically I went along with her mom and now she's staying at my place without my parents knowing."

"Are you fucking kidding me, come over." I said and hung up the phone. I shoved my phone in my back pocket and grabbed my book bag and keys and headed inside the house. Im an only child and both of my parents work and were technically considered rich but there never home so its usually always me here. I set my backpack on the table and headed upstairs to wait for Kate and Peyton. I took my shoes off and plugged my phone in on the charger. I played down on my bed and was about to turn on Netflix before I heard footsteps coming up the stairs and I knew it was Kate and Peyton.

"Hey Kenny." Kate said and came and sat on my bed while Peyton just kind of stood there. "Peyton has something she would like to ask you." Kate said eyeing Peyton and Peyton looked at the floor. This should be good.
