people giving me strange looks

and my self esteem is dropping more low.

they saw my wrist that full of bandage,

my bony thighs,

and my chapped lips.

"is he crazy? why do he cut himself?"

"others say he is depressed."

"and of course it's only a phase."

i bend my head down.

i starve myself,

i cut my wrist,

i hate myself,

i want to die.

people thinks i'm crazy? they think i'm lying?

of course they do because i'm a guy.
