Your POV
The view from the airplane window paints the most credible and most beautiful image you could possibly imagine; sunrise is almost non existent due to the time, in which it was now 3.am , but without my glasses the starry night was a brilliant Van Gogh, everything bigger and brighter, blurred in the most fantastic way. Just gazing at the midnight blue canvass above stole every thought from my mind, the usual carousel of worries simply forgotten. There was the heavenly stars above and a crescent moon to smile down. I put my glasses on and the art piece i call Korea is gazing back at me through the small airplane window. I cant believe it. I'm in Korea. I lie back on my seat, smiling to myself, pondering on the new opportunities Korea has to offer, while doing so a kind face greets me and taps on my shoulder - "anyoung haseyo, hope you enjoyed your flight.. welcome to Korea" the flight attendant smiles and gestures me to the exit. I smile in return and grab my phone and hand luggage and walk towards the exit. Once I'm off the plane I find my suitcase and make my way out of the airport. I'm greeted by a sign, with the letters spelling out 'Seoul' I smile to myself and walk with a sense of giddy towards the hotel. Lucky for me it's walking distance because I'm for one tired... and hungry.
Ten minutes pass and I arrive to the hotel. The hotel looked like a cut out from Architects Today magazine. It was beautiful. but not in the olde-worlde quaint kind of way I was usually drawn to. Everything was geometric, which I guess you could say about almost any pitched roof abode with square windows, but on this hotel you couldn't help but notice it. The roof was flat for a start and the door as wide as it was tall. The windows took up entire walls with only polished steel beams to break them into yet more rectangles. The look would have been entirely metallic, like a mini down-town skyscraper had it not been for the cedar beams of the external porch and the matching raised plant beds that contained only white blooms. I check into my room and make my way upstairs to my room. Once I arrive I immediately jump onto the clean and soft looking king size bed, like in the movies. What a feeling.. never done that before. I smile whilst staring at the ceiling, I notice a beautiful oil painting which replicates an old style Korean art piece , inspired. , I take a photo of it; before I came to Korea I said to myself that I would take pictures of every art piece , whether it's actual art or nature, or even people .. okay the last one is a tad absurd but you get the gist. And on that note I fall into unconscious on this lovely bed.

I know it's early when there is no light struggling to get past the grime on my blinds. I can hear the drum of rain on window pane and I bring my hand down in a semi-drunken stupor onto my alarm clock. Not that I've been drinking, chance would be a fine thing, but at this time of day my neurones don't fire too well; so it has pretty much has the same effect as half a bottle of whiskey. I can't stand breakfast either. I'm going to regret that by the time the sun is up, but making a sandwich is just beyond the scope of my abilities right now. I grab the gear next to my bed and dress, along with my new Gucci heels that I had received from the previous year.As it's early I want to explore this glorious city , I grab my bag and leave my hotel room. As I'm walking along the corridor ; in which reminded me of the corridor from 'The Shinning' , me being a complete dork, is expecting a set of eerie identical twins to appear like dust. I now begin to walk a little faster .. maybe I shouldn't watch these horror films anymore..and these heels aren't helping either..I see a shadow, a large one , I think , maybe it's twins .. oh shit. My thoughts are interrupted by my ankles bolting over each other resulting in me plummeting onto the floor. Thanks Gucci, and my somewhat insanity; I role my eyes. To my surprise I see a tall, handsome looking silhouette standing over me but blocking his face is a ray of sunshine as if god is wanting his face to be highlighted. I stare in awe at this mysterious but angelic man, then realising I'm staring at someone whom I can't see, in particular his face, is just tempting into my horror tendency so I try and get up but is instead greeted by a hand; a toned and muscular hand I must add. I take his hand and I'm confronted by a face in which God himself must of made with all his might and a touch of gold. Damn. The boy wore a loose black silk shirt with leather cuffs and black trousers. However,he got better the more I looked. His rich chocolate hair that had tousled griminess which promised finesse. He had strong arched brows and eyelashes so thick, it could be illegal. And then his eyes- they were deep and catastrophic, a vivid brown as a great body of water that softly melted into hazel .This close, I could see the flecks of silver in his eyes. He had distinct cheekbones and an angular jaw, his tan skin made him look devilishly handsome. "Are you okay miss? " escaped his narrow but plump lips, oh his lips look so kissable. If the eyes are the gateway to the soul, the lips are the same thing for the body. Their softness, passion and the promise of the sweetness to come. A few seconds pass by until I realise I've said nothing. "u-uh yeah I-I'm o-okay" I stutter, my body and mind still in shock that I've been blessed with such beauty. I realise we are still holding hands so I quickly pull away , embarrassment painted on my face. I look down to my feet with red cheeks, I then feel a soft but warm touch on my chin , pushing my face up , only to be greeted with his gorgeous slender eyes. "A face like yours shouldn't be held so low" his deep voice hurls and a smirk is then planted on his face the next. I blush in response. My god, who is this guy?
" Sorry, I haven't introduced myself, I'm Taehyung"
