Y/N sat at granny's diner sipping on her hot chocolate lightly, the bell chimed as the door closed she looked up hesitantly and saw him with her.
He walked closer to her as she felt she was trapped in a box with no air, they sat themselves down without any invitation  whatsoever.

He smiled happily as he picked up a menu to see what he wanted, she did the same. Ruby walked over fakely, "hi, i'm ruby and i'll be your waiter can i start you off with drinks?" She asked the couple noticing your sadness as she was your  friend and was on your side hating john's new so called "girlfriend".

"Um yes thank you, ruby may i have an ice coffee with only two and i mean two shots of expresso and light foam please". She said her red lipstick rubbing against her lips john sadly smiled and looked at his menu "i'll just have an ice water please". He exclaimed placing his menu down infront of him "okay your drinks will be ready in a few". Ruby smiled and turned around "greedy bitch". Ruby mumbled and walked away Y/N chuckled and smiled to herself.

Claire rolled her eyes "what are you laughing at?" Claire snobbed giving her a dirty look "why do you even care it's not like it's your business". You sassed back not caring about what either of them would say.

Claire being the drama queen she is placed a hand over her heart and gasped fake pouted "johnnypoo Y/N is being mean". She fake whined you rolled your eyes as john glared at you, your food finally came to all of you ordering earlier, you sighed hungrily picking up your fork digging into your food.

You looked up to see claire whisper something into john's ear you rolled your eyes and finished eating, sneaking dirty looks at you claire acted like you were being a bitch so after you've had enough you threw your trash away, grabbed your bag and stormed out of grannys.

John ran after you, calling your name to get your attention. "Y/N, please wait Y/N what's the matter?" John asked you out of breath stopping you swiveled on your heel and looked at him sarcastically.

"Everything is wrong". You sarcastically said throwing your hands in the air "if you actually tell me what's wro- "YOU JOHN, YOUR WHAT'S WRONG I LOVE YOU OKAY I WAS GOING TO TELL YOU BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO TURN AROUND AND GET A SNOBBY RICH GIRLFRIEND THAT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE YOU FOR THE WAY SHE TREATS YOU JOHN, I LOVE YOU OKAY I'VE LOVED EVER SINCE WE WERE KIDS WHY CAN'T YOU JUST REALIZE THAT, OH YOU CAN'T BECAUSE YOUR TO MESMERIZED BY CLAIRE TO EVEN NOTICE, I LOVE YOU OKAY I LOVE YOUR SMILE, YOUR LAUGH,YOUR EVERYTHING JOHN". You say as tears streamed down your face "i love you". Whispering the last part you sniffle and john looks up at you as tears welled his eyes, you couldn't help but feel sorry for him. "I love you to". John mumbles coming closer to you, taking your face into his hands you both lean in for a kiss as your lips finally met.
