Ryan had no idea where he was. In other words, he was lost. All he could see was the dark shade of green from the leaves. How could he have been so stupid? He ran away from this mugger and went the wrong direction... He checked his phone. No service.... "Dammit.." The 17 year-old muttered under his shaky breath. Ryan slid down against a tree, groaning out of exhaustion, if he wanted to get home, he had continue walking until he finds a place with a map or at least a hotel... "Or.." Ryan thought out loud. "I can rest here and walk later." Nodding to the second option, he got comfortable and easily fell to sleep. And yet. He felt awake the entire time. Running.

Sheila waited anxiously in the lobby with thoughts racing through her head. Had they decided to not take her? Could they not afford to adopt her? Did they find someone else? Her doubtful thoughts came to a stop as she saw her potential parents walk in... with smiles on their faces. Her heart rose as high as the sun. She finally found her home.
Tyler and Katelyn Urya. They've been engaged for at least 23 years. The night Tyler proposed, Katelyn challenged him, "If you truly love me..." She stated, "Then you'll wait for me..Until I'm ready for marriage." And that he did. Tyler remained patient with her and his love has only risen since. "Ms. Sheila? You're parents are here." The front desk lady announced, smiling as she said the word parents. "Thanks Teresa. It was nice meeting you." Sheila replied with a smile, it was her first smile that she felt was real in a long time.
Sheila's biological parents were killed two years ago in a car wreck that took a total of 7 lives, 2 of them being children. It was heartbreaking to Sheila when she found out. Time past and Sheila's now 16, turning 17 in two months. Finally, after many couples or single people came in and out, a pair chose her. Out of the 131 minors at Reynold's Foster Care, the Uryas chose Sheila. It made her feel like a septillion bucks. (Yes it's a real number)

All of these tender humans are so easy to manipulate. A man thought to himself. A woman with jet black hair that curled outwards walked up to him. She was a stunning woman with  neck length hair, burning red lips, a voluptuous figure and was clothed in a gold halter top dress. "Sir, you're package arrived. It's waiting in the parlor." After she finished her statement, the woman walked away. The man stood up. His name was Martin Smith. He wore a gray suit with his hair slicked back. I'll have to start this tomorrow..... Martin walked out of the office, unsure of his decision, but certain that his goal will be achieved.

"Ugh.. Where am I?" Ryan woke up with his back stiff as hell. He then realized that he was still lost. Ryan sighed, "Ok, I should find my way back..." He began walking in through the trees, grateful that there was still a massive amount of sunlight. But there was something that Ryan didn't notice......he had tears rolling down his cheeks.

After walking for about three hours, Ryan finally found a town. "Finally..." He sat down at the nearest bench and closed his eyes for a few seconds. Not even a minute passed until a local noticed him. "Excuse me, boy? Why are you crying?" A lady approached with a concerned tone. "Wha- Oh shit! Uh... I didn't even realize that I was...." Ryan's voice drifted off as he wiped what was left of his tears. The lady's concern turned into scornful. "Your language is distasteful to our people. I can tell you aren't from around here. That is correct, is it not?" Her voice was coated in nothing but judgment and offense. Ryan was only able to mutter his answer, too embarrassed to do anything else. "That is-" "Speak up!" The lady shouted. Ryan's body was stiff as a board, he repeated his statement, but this time he shouted it out of annoyance. The woman looked at him with disbelief. No one dared to raise their voice at her before. Instead of yelling back at Ryan, the woman kept a poise expression and merely walked away, not saying another word. Ryan was beyond flustered and confused. So he ran after her. "Miss! I apologize for my outburst! Can you just please tell me where I am and if there's a map somewhere around here?" He cried out, attempting to grab the woman's shoulder. She just kept walking. Her heels clicked with a confident sound, one after the previous. After Ryan was finally able to grab the woman's shoulder, he noticed that there was a purple nametag with pink text on it reading, 'CADY'. Cady looked at his hand and sighed out of exasperation. "Child, if you will leave me alone and release me then I will arrange a taxi to drive you to the city. That's all I can and will do." Ryan's face grew into a grin, his forest green eyes seemed to glow. He was happy to hear cooperation coming from Cady's lips. He let go of her shoulder and proceeded to follow Cady to what seemed like a bus stop.... Only it was made out of sticks... "You certainly have an int-" "If you wait here for about fifteen minutes, then a log will come by. But it won't stop for you. You have jump on." Cady directed. Ryan was dumbfounded. How the hell was he supposed to jump onto a flying log!? Before Ryan could ask any more questions, Cady was gone. "Well shit.." Ryan muttered. He sat on the ground and impatiently tap his fingers on the concrete while he waited.

               He waited.

    And waited...

                                                And waited..

It was almost dusk and still no log. Furious, Ryan stood up and began to walk down the paved road. Surely, He thought. This road will lead me somewhere.... So he kept walking..

And walking..

          And walking..

                                                                              And walking..

Ryan stopped. Exhausted and starving. He looked around. He saw nothing except more road and more shrubs. He sat down and looked up at the stars. "Purple huh? What is this place?" He pondered. "It's my world. My world of enemies." A tender voice answered. "Who's there?" Ryan demanded. " My name is Ryan. I am you. But I am your enemy."
