Sorry for the time lapse

Mia's pov:

One month later

I look up at Jack. He smiles and lookes at me. "Well Ill see you later. I'm going to the studio." I nod and he kisses me.

I saw him walk to his car and leave and I sigh. I look at his mom reading a book and I sit down on the other couch and turn on the TV.

She looks at me. "Turn that shit off." I chuckle and put it up more. "I'm trying to read." I look at her and chuckle once again. "Okay and?" She gets up and goes near me. "Lay a finger on me and you're over."

She chuckles and walks away. I turn off the TV and go to my room. I lock it and walk into the walk in closet. I look for a cute dress to go pick up my fiancé and go to dinner. I find a cute one and smile when I put it on.

I go to my vanity and start doing my hair. Once I'm finished I put on my makeup and turn off the lights.

I unlock my door and I hear a scream. I close my door and I hear Jacks dad yell. "Are you fucking crazy?! Get to bed and leave that girl and her baby alone! Shes making our son happy!" I smile to myself because hes defending me, in a way. I open the door and walk slowly down the stairs. I see him close the door and he smiles at me. He straightens up.

"Where are you going all dressed up?" I smile, "to take your son to dinner." He awws and gives me a hug. " well have fun also I'm taking my wife to Malibu this weekend so you guys can stay relaxed."

I nod and smile. "Oh okay. Have fun in Malibu. If you can." He smiles and I leave.

I call Jack.

"Babe I'm busy." I can notice anger in his voice. "Baby I was thinking that we could go get dinner." I then hear a sound in the background. "I have to go. Don't come. I'm going to arrive late." I furrow my eyebrows. I hang up and go straight to Alex's apartment.

I knock on the door and he opens the door with a huge smile. He looks me up and down. "What are you doing here all dressed up?" I sigh. "I was going to get dinner with Jack, but he's busy." He nodded. "I see. Well do you want to get dinner with your bestfriend instead?" I smile. "Sure. Get ready, Ill be waiting in my car." He smiles and I wait in my car.

We arrive at a fancy place and we go in. The waitress takes us to a table and she asks what we want to drink.

I smile, "Water please." Alex orders whatever he wants to drink and the waitress leaves.

Alex looks at me. "For someone to turn down a dinner with their fiancé seems dumb." I chuckle. "Hes busy Alex." He raises an eyebrow. "Is he really?"

I honestly don't know if he is. I trust him so I believe that he's busy.

We walk out and they're a lot of paparazzi everywhere. "Are you and Jack over?" "Are you cheating?" "Are you really expecting his baby?" I sigh and walk to the car with Alex. We drive out carefully and go back to Alex's apartment.

He gets out of the car. "Thanks for tonight." I smile, "no problem." I had fun tonight.

He goes inside and I drive home. No one is home. Where the fuck is Jack? Its 11 pm.
