Chapter one~ first day

I heard the water running from in the kitchen.I opened my door fully to see. I saw dad cleaning up some cups and plates. I walked into the dining room. All five of my siblings were there. There was Kathy and Cady. They were the two youngest. There was Anabelle, the athletic one, Scarlett, who had a memory disorder, and my brother Liam.
"kids get ready for dinner" dad called out,setting some plates on the table. Kathy and Cady ran to the bathroom. Anabelle beat both of them barely walking. Scarlett walked holding a stress ball, and Liam walked down the hall with his hands in his pockets.

I helped dad set up the table with the bowl of salad, the lasagna, and some Parmesan. At last my siblings walked in and sat at the table. I stared passing around the food and ate. After twenty minutes or so we finished up and started walking to our rooms getting ready for bed. "Dad," I called "I'm going to hop in the shower". "OK Ava." Dad said from the living room. I went back into my room and grabbed a pair of black tights and a purple shirt. I also grabbed a pair of underwear, and a towel from the hall closet.

I walked into the bathroom placing my clothes and towel on the countertop. I turned on the shower and placed the setting on warm. I got undressed and stepped in. The hot pellets hitting My skin. I washed my hair thinking about school tomorrow. I turned off the shower after washing my body. I dried myself off and got dressed in my pajamas. I brushed my hair then walked out. I walked back to my room looking into Cady and Kathy's room, Annabelle's room, Scarlett's room,and Liam's room. I yawned opening the door to my bedroom. I grabbed my phone and started charging it. I started drifting off looking in the dark room. Then slowly I fell asleep.

"Emily I need your help"
"Ava come on your fine"
"no it hurts, help me"
"Ava we need to get you to the nurse"
"I'm so sorry for what happened"
"who are you"
"I'm the boy from the soccer team"

"Ava wake up, time to get read for school" my dad said knocking on the door. I sit up remembering  the dream. I stand up and stretch. I grab my school uniform and get dressed. I walk into the kitchen throwing my hair into a pony tail. I hear the voice of a guy. "The guy that helped you" it says. I looked around seeing if anyone was there. I didn't see anything.

After I ate breakfast, I finished getting ready. I walked to school that day. Half way there, I met up with Emily, my best friend. We have known each other since kindergarten. We started talking about
Girl things, prom and school. We arrived  at school about fifteen minutes later. I looked down at my schedule. I had p.e for my first class. Emily had p.e too. We started walking to the locker rooms. We walked in and went to our lockers. We got dressed and walked out to the class.

"okay class," said our teacher, Mr. Kip, "today I will see how well you can run," he said starting to walk toward us. "we will run the mile today, along the field" Mr. Kip said while pointing to the soccer field.
"Mr Kip," Emily started saying, " isn't there boys soccer today?" She continued.

Mr kip grinned. "we will go around" he said making a circle motion with is hand. Then he blew his whistle. "go Go GO!" he yelled.

Me and Emily darted off at the second the whistle being first of the group. We did Three laps around the Field.

"one more to go Emily" I said running a bit faster. Then I felt the pain. I fell to the floor, feeling the grass and dirt. "help" I said collapsing. I couldn't see anything out of my left eye and it was blurry with my right. "come on, women up" Emily said grabbing my arm. I put my hand on the left side of my face. Instant pain wiggled through my face. It was an intense stinging.

"Ava are you okay" Emily said still trying to lift me up. "it burns!" I said loudly.

"I'm so sorry, let me help" said a familiar voice. "Ava move your hands" Emily said.  I removed my hand from my face feeling a sort of sticky substance in my hand. "oh god" Emily said gasping "your cheek Ava..." I started to see a bit but it hurt a lot. I saw someone sprint off and talked to Mr kip. He looked at me and said "Ava, is it?" I nodded. He    continued "let me call the nurse"

I tried to see more around me but it wasn't really working. It was still blurry, but I could make out some figures. There where three people standing by me. Then I saw another person with a wheelchair. "can you stand" Mr kip said. I tried to get up but my head hurt so much.

I then saw the nurse, Mr kip, and Emily come closer. They picked me up and put me in the wheelchair. Then we arrived in the nurses office a few minutes later. The nurse gave my pain killers and started cleaning my face.

"hey" I heard a guy say. I looked toward the door and saw a guy in a soccer uniform. He had brown hair with blue eyes. "Ava, is your name right" he said walking in and sitting in a chair.  I wasn't sure if it was the pain killers, or that a cute guy sat closer to me, but I was numb all over. " I'm super sorry about all this" he said looking at me.  Then I thought I had deja vu.

It wasn't though. It was like a.... Dream. My dream from last night had happened all over again. "hello, Ava are you there" he said. I shook my head. " You must be on pain killers. He then got up and asked the nurse for a paper and pen. He looked back at me and then to the paper.

He wrote something down, then handed me the paper. He looked at me and said "keep it, it might be useful" he then winked and walked off. I looked down at the paper. It had his name, number and a small heart. I smiled and placed it in my pocket. Now I know the cute guy and his name.... Alex. A few minutes later Emily walked in.

"You were talking to him weren't you?" She asked looking at me. I started smiling. "gave me his number too" I said. Then I started telling Emily about my dream and the whole accident. She said "you seem like a physic" we both laughed. "okay so, tomorrow when you wake up, text me okay" she said seriously. I nodded my head. The nurse let us go back to class and we finished up the day.
