THE CALLING CARD.

CHAPTER 1

My name is Ellieanna Feltham, I have brown curly hair and big green eyes, I am short at 5ft 2 but I can hold my own.

I got a woman’s figure I am a size 14 just right I think.

My back ground well I guess I start the day I was born.

My mother’s waters broke when she was 6months gone she gave birth to me and my twin brother but sadly he was still born and I had to fight for my life.

I think if my twin brother lived things might have been different but as it was my mother did not want anything to do with me she would say girls are nothing but trouble and she could only love boys why could I not die instead of her loving baby boy so my grandmother brought me up the best she could.

We did not have much but she loved me and done her best by me for that I loved her.

In school I was the kid that everyone picked on or made fun of because of the cheap clothes I had to wear or the nasty shoes I had on they words not mine but I did not care because I knew my nan gave me the best she could and if it was not for the bullies I would never have meet Shaun and have him in my life.

I can still recall the first time Shaun came in to my life.

I was trying to go to class when this group of kids stepped in front of me I tried to walk around them but it was no good they wanted blood and today it was my blood.

One of the guys in the group push me and told me what I mess I looked it was nothing new I was used to it then one of the girls named Kelly lifted her hand and slapped me across my face my eyes started to water but I would not cry I would not shed my tears for them to make fun Kelly then told me what a slut I was I found that fun as I am still a virgin then I seen her hand go up again I closed my eyes ready for the sting but it never came I open my eyes and there is was my Shaun holding Kelly’s hand in his he looked back at me and simple said are you ok I could not talk  I could not believe my eyes that is guy was standing up for me so I just nodded my head yes all he done was wink at me then he looked back at Kelly and her gang and said touch her and you will have me to deal with understand me Kelly just looked at him and said if you want to waste your time on a slut don’t let me stop you she then pulled her hand back from Shaun and stormed off.

Shaun looked at me with his big blue eyes and short blond hair and said you have me now .i did not know what to say I never had anyone look out for me why would he want to he must have seen the confused look on my face because he simple said I can see you have a good heart and until you learn to stand up for yourself I will be here for you no matter what so little sister going to give your brother a hug I looked at him with the biggest smile I could mange .

Since that day he stayed true to his word he was my bother he looked out for me he would bring shopping for me and my nan .

My nan loved him he always had food at our small house and the sofa if he wanted to stay over.

Since then he was my brother as years went on he taught me how to do mixed marshal arts and I could kick ass now or hold my own.

Shaun got a flat then he went and joined the navy but he was still there for me he would Skype to make sure I was ok

When my nan got ill and passed away Shaun was there I was still in college and had next to nothing to pay for my nan’s funeral so Shaun as always took care of it saying he loved my nan as if she his real nan after the funeral he told me I was moving in with him as I could not afford to keep the house and go to college and he was right I could not afford to so I did move in but like Shaun would take me saying no to him anyway.

It was like having my own flat as Shaun was always away with the navy I got a part time job in a small store to help pay my way but as always Shaun would not let me pay for the rent or the bills he would say I was doing him favour so I would take care of the food and made sure the place was always clean and ready for when he came home.

One day I would pay Shaun back for all he has done for me in my eyes he was my brother and nothing would change that.

Once I finished college I worked my ass off for my dream. What was my dream I hear you ask that is easy I wanted a first class night club somewhere for people go and lose them self’s for a few hours with best music there was.

I had 2 jobs by day I worked in an office then Friday, Saturday and Sunday I worked in a small local night club.

I worked behind the bar but I also help to do the books

The pay was not that good but I did the job so I knew what to do when I had my own place.

3years that is how long I had been saving and today was the day I paid for my club well an old warehouse but still it was mine.

I texted Shaun and told him when he comes home next week I got something to show him the week flew by I handed in my notice at my 2 jobs I got the builders to start on the night club .

My phone rang it was Shaun asking where I was I gave him the address and he said he would be there in 10min.

I went outside with a hard hat ready for him to put on when his car pulled up he got out and walked up to me then he noticed the hard hat and asked what the hell is going on I put the hat on his head and pulled him inside I heard Shaun complaining about why was he in some old dirty run down warehouse. When I told him I bought it his face was so funny he opened and closed his mouth about 4 times he looked just like a fish then he simple said why. I looked at him and simple said this dear bother is going to be the best night club there is Shaun just looked at me and said how the hell are you going to turn this shit hole even in to a shitty club let alone first class night club where the hell are you going to get the money for this any way you better not have taken out a loan missy. I just looked at him and said dear brother I have worked my sexy little ass off for the last 3 years and as I don’t pay rent or anything here we are everything was paid for the look of shock on his face was funny then he said El I still can’t see how the hell you are going to pull this off do you know how much work it is going to be , but in my head i could see it the lights hear the music and see the people dance and I loved it the way I was feeling I was the kid in the candy shop that got told have anything you want it is free .

My bother calling my name snapped me out of my little world.

El I am not happy you did not tell me about this but now I know you will keep me up to date and first thing I am going to do is sort out door men and El do not argue with me right now with that said I just looked at him and said I missed you bro next thing I knew I was put in a tight bear hug.

I could not be any happier than I was right now with Shaun and the start of my club.
