The start of a new mutation

Kit was walking back home, but then started feeling dizzy. But she ignored it thinking it was nothing and entered. "Hey mom, I got the package." Said Kit, as she placed the package on top of their kitchen table. "Thank you sweetheart, now go get ready. The Manchesters are gonna be here any minute." Said Mal, as Kit let out an annoyed sigh and left up stairs. "Don't worry, it's only for today." Said Mal, as she hears Kit's room door slam shut. Kit was lying on her bed hoping that this day would just end already or if something exciting could happen, but the whole entire having magic thing kind of bored her, she was already used to all the things she could do she is 14. Kit just kept on feeling pain in her eyes still thinking that maybe she was just tired, as she heard her mother calling her to come down. As Kit was coming down the stairs, Oso ran past her almost causing her to fall. "Manchesters, it's a pleasure to meet you all again." Said Mal. "Oh no, the pleasure is ours. We love coming here." Said Teya Manchester. "And of course it gives both my son and your older daughter sometime to hang out, isn't that right Tal?" Said Teya, as she points to a boy with blonde and black hair next to her. "Yeah mom, sure." Said Tal. It has now been 15 minutes since this dinner has started. "So then I was like... hey did you always have one yellow eye or is that new?" Asked Tal, confusing the both of them. "I really don't know what your talking about." Said Kit. But before Tal could say anything the lights turned off. "Don't worry, it's alright." Said Kit, as Daphne ran and hugged her scared. "Okay kids don't worry, I'll go find the switch and-" said Mal, but got cut off before she could finish as metal noises broke threw their wall and started walking inside and they all huddled up at the stairs bottom. "Don't worry Daph, you'll be okay. I promise." Said Kit, as she felt something cold and metal grab her and yanked her towards them and toke her away. "KIT. BIG SIS!!!" Screamed Daphne, as she started crying. "Hey mom, can I?" Asked Tal knowing that his mom knew what he meant. "Sure Tal, but be careful." Said Teya, as they nodded and he ran off.
(Kit's POV)
"Ugh, let go of me!!" I said, as I continued kicking trying to get free from their hands. "We have the human that which is known as Kit that is known for powers that is known as what Kraang needs." Said one Kraang-bot. "Kraang will be happy to have what is known as the human that can help with what is know as the plan." Said another Kraang-bot, as they put her into the back of a white van and drove off. "Umm, okay what's going on?" I asked confused and terrified. But before anyone could say anything something stroke the van causing it to stop and hit a brick wall. As they started exiting someone started striking the bots and as you turned around you saw someone familiar. "Hey what are you just standing for, RUN!!" He said screaming the last part, as I started running away until I saw more of them surrounding her. As I tried to use my powers, they couldn't work. 'Huh, why aren't my powers working? Is it cause of whatever splashed on my hand?' I wondered confused not knowing what to do next. But right before any of them could grab me they were struck down, as you looked down to see a katana, a staff, some nunchucks, and a pair of said on the floor in front of me. As I was about to grab them something green grabbed my hand before I could even touch it. "I wouldn't touch that if I were you." Said a voice that I don't recognize, as I looked up shocked with a gasp to come face to face with a green turtle who was wearing a blue bandana around his eyes. " Are you okay?" Asked Turtle worried. "Ahh!!" I screamed, as I started running away from them and all I could hear behind me was clanking of metal and screams. Sure I'm used to seeing weird things, but I never really saw a mutant before let alone one who is kind of... wait snap out of it Kit. But as Kit was lost in her thought she didn't know someone was running towards her and fell down. "Nice try, but you can't escape from the Kraang you know." Said someone, as I looked up to see the guy from earlier, as he helped me up. "Who are you and how do you know what those things are? Are you one of them?" I asked confused and terrified still since nothing like this has ever happened considering that I always kept my powers a secret. "I'm Tal a part of the Foot Clan and those are the Kraang, they are evil aliens from another dimension." Said Tal. "WHAT?!" I said still shocked and not really believing this, as I started grunting as the pain I felt earlier started getting worse and I just fell back down. "Kit, what's wrong?" Asked Tal worried, as I could feel a hand on my shoulder. "Help... me..." I said with a small hiss in between looking up towards him, as if today couldn't be any weirder. I was starting to black out, until I heard screaming in front of me and saw the same turtle again. "It's okay, it's gonna be okay." Said the turtle, as my eyes shut closed and everything turned black.
