Chapter 4

I managed to survive the rest of the lessons and I mean barely survived. It's like all the teachers here want me to get humiliated. No matter cause right now I'm heading to detention. I'm thinking about Dick and telling me I was come round to his after but he ran off before I could ask him where to go. I looked at my watch and saw I was five minuets late great. When I arrived there was another girl fiddling away with a paper clip and a teacher I didn't recognise sitting at a desk.

After Detention the girl came up and introduced herself. Her name was Pearl and she asked me if I wanted to go shopping, I turned her down because I didn't know if her intentions where to be friends or more. I walked out of the main building to see a limo parked out the front and a man waving in the direction of me. I turned around to see if anyone was behind me, no one was. I walked up to the man "Master Dick required me to pick you up after your detention that over run by 10 minuets, you are Perseus Jackson also know as Percy"
"Um yes that's me" I replied curious to why dick had a limo.

When we arrived at the manor, I was casted away from my thoughts as soon as the guy named Alfred opened the door nearest to me. I started to follow him threw the labyrinth, wait I mean house (I can't believe people can actually live in houses like these). I was trying to memorise the twists and turns but as soon as we passed them they floated out of my brain. Eventually we walked threw a huge old door that even 5 Laistrygonian giants could have been standing on each other's shoulders and still fit, but the strangest thing was the carvings were of Greek monsters and heroes fighting. A huge table filled the middle of the room reaching as far as possible as if it had been to crusty's waterbeds. Anyway Dick was sitting at the far end of the table looking at sheets of paper I assume was homework he was given today. He finally realised I was here when Alfred did a polite cough. Suddenly a smile beamed up on to his face and he ran over and greeted me with a hand shake.
"Bruce will be back in an hour so do you wanna do homework with me?"

After we finished Maths and English with Dick doing most of the work Bruce walked in. He sat down at the head of the table 3 seats down.
"Hello I'm Bruce and you must be Percy, the new student at Dick's school, Alfred informed me you were here." Bruce informed me
"Yes that's not a problem is it?" I questioned
"Not at all I assume your saying for food" He replied
"Yes sir" I responded
Then Dick introduced himself in to the conversation "Percy has something to ask you" I gave him my baby I-Will-Kill-You-Later-Stare but he still shrunk back in to his seat.
But it was no use "What might this be?" Bruce questioned,
"It's nothing" I reassured him but Dick took this chance to squirm in to the conversation again, " He was given detention by his English teacher because he couldn't read what was on the board due to dyslexia and now has it everyday after school for an hour until he can," at this comment Bruce looked like he was about to explode so I took this chance to be escaped and head back home.

Sorry for such a long time to wait for this update but I've been really busy revising for end of year tests and packing for holidays but I'm going to start to try and update every week if possible.
