Outside PacLand's Public Library pigeons fly from the steps.

???: *carries books down to the basement*

Suddenly books start to float around the library, scaring everyone inside.

Pacman: Alright. So what do have here?
Officer Pac: Got word of some paranormal disturbances.
Pacman: Did anyone see what it was?
Officer Pac: No. All witnesses are silent.
Pacman: Keep pushing til you get something. I want to know what this ghost looked like. I want to know the color, the size, the look, the sound, everything.
???: I believe I may be of assistance.

Pacman turns around to see a turtle creature holding a book.

Pacman: Who are you?
Koopa: My name is Kamilia Koopa, but you can call me Kammy.
Pacman: Alright Kammy, tell me what I need to know.
Kammy: I cannot tell you here. You must follow me somewhere... uninhabited.

Pacman and Officer Pac agrees to follow this strange character. The question remains, who is she and what does she know?
