435 Earth years ago...

The room is quiet. Its dark. No movement. No sound except for a soft humming from machines stationed at different points in the dome shaped room. Their was an eerie feeling to the room as if something was watching from the shadows... something watching... something breathing. The sides of the building were lined with blocks of ice barley visible in the poorly lit room.
A soft light began to glow from one of the giant ice blocks. Its steadily grew brighter and brighter until the entire room was filled with a blinding neon green light. An alarm sounds from an unknown place in the room. Within moments, four small dragon like creatures covered in fur rushed in with a table. The table were carrying what appeared to be robotic arm and leg attachments and a visor.
They stood back and watched the block of ice intently, their visors gleaming in the intense light, shielding their eyes.
The ice began to crack, and a few small cracks turned into great splits in the block until it burst apart, the pieces of ice melting immediately from the intense heat.
Where the block once stood, the outline of another small dragon remained, suspended three feet in the air, glowing its beautiful green, its huge wings stretched out in motionless flight.
The four dragons who were standing and observing grabbed a robotic arm or leg, and each pressed a unseen button on them. They moved quickly and with skill towards the still glowing dragon and forced both of its hands and feet into them.
The glow slowly faded from its form, and it fell to the ground with a thud. The four dracos left, then a green dragon wearing limb enhancements entered and approached the grey dragon who was breathing heavily.

"Get up."

Blinking wearily, the grey dragon did as it was told, and shookily got to its feet Confusion and fear prominent on its face.
The green dragon grabbed them by the wrist and pulled it out of the dome room.
It was clear that the grey draco did not know how to walk very well, and it didn't help that it was staring with amazement at its enhancements four floating fingers.

"Hurry up, I  don't got all day."

The gray dragon looked up obviously clueless, not understanding a thing it just said. The green one rolled its eyes then turned its face away shaking its head slightly.

" I don't know why I always have to deal with the hatchlings... the damn things are dumber than a peridontix..."

She stopped at a door and pressed her robotic hand to it. It scanned it, then with a green light and a beep it opened up revealing a brightly lit room.
In the center, a circular machine sat.
The green dragon moved the grey dragon to the center of it. It sat contently, still completely oblivious to what was happening.

"Stayyyyyy......"

The green dragon had her hands up as if talking to a dog. They sat and looked at her for a moment before loosing interest and began looking at the ring above and around it. However it stayed in place. Backing away slowly, the green dragon backed up until she was behind a control table. She stood behind it with her hands up for a moment but when the grey dragon didn't move, she sighed, put her hands down, grabbed a lever in front of her, and pulled it back.
A containment bubble formed around the grey dragon, and a scanner ran over its body. A green ball glowed from inside it making it giggle much like a human child would.

"Hmmm... nice... your a Plasmic... we could defiantly use more of those..."

She flipped another switch and the orb glowed brighter than ever in the dragons chest. Then after a few moments, its body turned a glowing green and melted, puddling onto the ground. Four scanners aimed at different places, one where the eye used to be, at the still suspended limb enhancement arms, and one on the orb itself.

"Their..."

She flipped both switches off, and the machine powered down. The orb and the enhancements stayed in place, and after a three minute wait, the goo was re-absorbed by the orb, and it oozed out still glowing a bright green into the dragon previously seen before. Limb enhancers and all.
It collapsed again, but this time let out a groan.

"Wha... what just happened..."

The green dragon approached it.

"Hey. Listen. I am going to ask you some questions. You answer them. It will tell me if your code is working properly."

It looked up at her.

"Tell me your name."

The dragon hesitated, thinking.

"P...P-Plasmic #33661515... I can see it in my Mind..."

"Correct. What is your Species?"

"P-Parvadraco...?"

"Correct. What planet are you on."

"Saturn..."

"Correct. Last question... who were you made to serve?"

"Black and white Nova..."

"Correct. Now before I take you to the Plasmic training center, let me make this clear... You are NOT special. Their are THOUSANDS of other Plasmics just like you. You were made to serve the Novas. You are NOT different or better than any other plasmic on this planet, or on any other planet, moon, ship, asteroid or where ever the hell our race may be. If you betray, you will be punished."

The visibly spooked draco nodded its  head.

"I-I-I-I understand...."

   The green draco smirked.

"Get up. Lets go."

She twirled around and moved towards the door again. Quickly, Plasmic sprung up, and clumsily stumbled after her.
After catching up, they walked in silence.

"Your lucky you know."

   Plasmic looked at her curiously.

"What do you mean...?"

"Your a plasmic... im nothing more than another yetanic..."

Plasmics ears went back in confusion. Something Yetanic picked up on.

"Forget it. Your new. You'll find out in your training."

"O-okay..."

Yetanic stoped in front of another door.

"See that?"

She pointed towards a hand scanner on the wall.

"If you want to open a door, put your hand on it. Go on..."

Plasmic cautiously put her hand to it. It scanned, turned green, and opened.

"Whoa..."

   Yetanic laughed.

" If your amazed by THAT, than your going to crack your energui when you come out of training and into the real world."

Plasmic gave a slight smile, but was looking out into the domed room about ten times larger than the one they had hatched and previously been in. The center had a circular stage and lined against the rounder walls were thousands of floating chairs. The desks all had screens.

"Your full name is Plasmic #33661515. Take the number part of your name and look for the desk numbered with it. Not now, but tomorrow. Come with me."

Yetanic began walking down another hallway. After walking past fifteen or so doors, she stoped at a door with a screen labeled 'PLASMIC #33661515'

"This is where you will stay until your training is complete. Lucky for you you aren't far from the auditorium so you shouldn't have an issue finding it. Just scan your hand to get in. It will save your hand print and will only open for you."

Plasmic nodded in understanding. After an akward moment, yetanic broke the silence.

"Welp! That's it! This is the last time ill ever see you soooo... good luck!"

She began to walk away, but stoped mid stride.

"Oh... and... try not to show to much emotion... its weird."

She started to walk away again, but plasmic stoped her.

"Wait!!! What was your number? Yetanic...?"

"Its yetanic #334517. "

She then turned and walked away and disappeared around a corner.
Plasmic wasn't even twenty minuets old....

And They were already completely alone.
