Chapter 1

I was all snug in my bed, my cat curled up at the side of my leg as i scrolled through endless youtube playlists and tumblr pages on my laptop...

I heard a knock on my door, which was weird to me at the time because I didn't have many visitors at my dorm, especially in the summer. i looked at the time: 9 am, "Oh crap" I thought. i remembered i was having my cousin, Alex, come over on the first week of July. I quickly shoved off my cat and got on a T-shirt, leggings, and put my hair in a pony-tail. My cousin was about 16 at the time, seeing a college for the first time was probably weird to her, at least that's what i thought at the time.

She knocked again, "Come in!!" I yelled through the door to her.

"Finally, you shouldn't keep me waiting. A 16 year old on the 1st level of a college is a kind of weird sight to see, you know?" She said,

"I know, i'm sorry that i had to get dressed. I didn't know that 16 year old's get up this early." I replied,

"We don't, my stupid mother made me come to your stupid place." She sighed as she rolled her eyes,

"Yeah, i thought that was the case, when i was your age-" I was replying before she interrupted me,

"Your only 19, your not that much older then i am. And i already know that you never woke up on time for school when you were my age, You've told many many stories about that, its like your already an old lady, sheesh." she said,

"My god, i haven't told that many stories. i don't visit a lot since i only moved out to college 2 years ago." I replied smirking, knowing i was right,

"Whatever, i need to tell you what I came for." she changed the subject,

"Okay, go." I said,

"So, since you don't have any brothers or sisters, your mom wanted me to come out here to tell you the news instead of her, she said that she couldn't come out here for some reason, i wasn't listening..." She started,

"Okay, just say what your here for." I stated,

"Okay... You have to leave this school." She said,

"Wait- Wh- why?!?!" I shouted,

"L-let me say... please. Your mom said something about being where your supposed to be and living where your supposed to live and stuff, blah blah..." She added,

"More detail..." I demanded,

"She said something about you having some sort of like power and having to go some place for it.. That's all she would tell me." She said before stopping to pet my fluffy orange cat, Cheetos.

"I have so many memories in this school, even though I've only lived here for two years. I've made so many friends and awesome adventures... Now i have to leave it all behind for something that's probably not true. How could someone, now, in Falcon-claw, be of magicks? Ugh, i guess whatever mom says goes." I sighed,

"Well, if you don't believe it then you could just stay here.." She started,

"No, i don't care whether this is real or not. Whatever it is, i have to go." I said,

"Okay, pack up and meet me in the parking lot of the school, i have a driver for us that will take us back to our house, see you in a bit.." She said before leaving my dorm and waving to me from out the window.

Now to pack, I was lucky to be in a dorm without a roommate, if i did then i would have a lot of explaining to do. I started packing all of my stuff and then getting ready to go out. My old house was some-what far away from the school, that's why i lived on campus at the time.

After i packed i got my cat and we walked out of my dorm, i went to my friend's dorms and said my goodbyes to them. After that i found Alex In the parking lot, she was standing next to a black RV (Recreational Vehicle) Who was probably the driver, as so i thought.

A/N: This is a book that i just got the idea for and now all of a sudden i wrote about 5 chapters.
