In the early days of 5 seconds of summer, Luke and Michael get into a major fight, causing the band to go on without Luke, gaining more fame every day. Everything gets taken away from him, his music, his new friend Ashton and most importantly his crush. He tries to forget, becoming a famous Australian himself on the way. But when faith, this time in the form of management, makes them cross roads, the past quickly catches up with him.
