Grey's anatomy ending

The scene starts when Meredith dies, old and warm in a hospital bed surrounded by her kids and grand kids, then the camera shifts out of her room, in the very bright corridor we see young Meredith with her bright blue scrubs and her white coat, walking slowly like she once walked through the halls,  with a smile on her face and her hands in her pockets, as she make her way through the main hall door she says " i can't tell you much about life, you have to go through it yourself in order to make a statement about what you think life is all about, all i know is that i've lived, and i've suffered, and i loved, but at the end i guess all what matter is the people that's around you, the people that helped you along with your journey" she opens the hall door way to find everyone who died is there waiting for her, applauding her arrival, she takes a look around the room, first she sees Lexi smiling back at her, and behind her is Mark putting one arm on Lexi's shoulder and looking at Meredith smiling , Meredith smiles and she looks up to see Derek smiling back at her and looking at her with his ocean blue eyes, behind him she sees her mother holding hands with Richard and they look at each other smiling then at Meredith with a big smile on their faces, as she make her way up the stairs to meet Derek, Christina comes along and hold hands with Meredith as they look at each other smiling, the screen turns white then Meredith says " my journey ends here, i'm finally home with all of my family, the carousel finally stopped turning".
