Kawaii~Chan's P.O.V.
"Ughh! Why don't they sell pink hair dye!" I yelled to myself while looking through the store on the island.
I brought only two boxes of pink hair dye but one got ruined on the way here and my hairs slowly turning back to its natural orangey color.
"I can't let them find out." I whispered to myself. Soon I heard someone come up behind me.
"Uhh.. Kawaii~Chan?" It was Zane. Ok Nana play it cool.
"Oh hi Zane~Kun!" I squeaked out, slowly hating it.
"Whatcha looking for?" He asked looking slightly... Concerned?
"Oh Kawaii~Chan is just looking for someee... Supplies! To bake some sweets for everyone!" I say cheerfully.
I wanted to fall apart after every word I said. This isn't who I am.
"Uhh, Kawaii~Chan, sorry to break it to you but you aren't going to find baking stuff in... Hair section?" He said with a slight laugh.
"Oh Kawaii~Chan is so silly! Well Kawaii~Chan better be heading back now! Bye Zane~Kun!" I yelled as I ran out the store.
"I don't know how much more I can take." I said while running back to our temporary house on the island.
---Time Skip---
I arrive at the house and head into the bathroom. I quickly open the empty box of hair dye I hide and see if I can scape some extra pink out.
None. It's all empty. What do I do.
I throw the box at the counter top out of frustration and scream.
"UGH! WHAT THE HECK!" I yell as I start turning my anger into tears.
Suddenly, I hear a knock at the door. "Kawaii~Chan... What's wrong." Zane calmy says into the door.
"Ohh... Um.. Kawaii~Chan f-fine!" I say trying to keep my composer.
You're so fake.
"Um, ok..." Zane says quietly then walks away.
Zane's P.O.V.
After Kawaii~Chan left the store I chased after her. There's something up with her. The past few weeks she's been getting... Reserved.
The thing is though, nobody seems to notice. I tried to talk the Aphmau about seeing she's my only friend and knows her the best but she said that Kawaii~Chan probably woke up on the 'Wrong side of the bed'.
One day I would understand but weeks? Something's clearly not right.
I reach the house and look around for her. Soon enough, I hear a bang and someone scream. They sounded really angry.
"WHAT THE HECK!" They screamed. I could tell it was Kawaii~Chan.
"Kawaii~Chan.... What's wrong?" I say trying not to act too concerned.
"Oh uhhh... Kawaii~Chan is f-fine." She says shakily. Is she crying? W-what do I do?
"Um... Ok." I say and leave.
What is going on with Kawaii~Chan?
----Later that night----
Kawaii~Chan's P.O.V.:
It was three in the morning and I couldn't sleep so I just walked to the roof.
I walk out and sit on the railing. It's pretty high up...
I start to feel salty tears run down my face as I sit there. "Why am I doing this to myself anymore? I've kept up this act for years!! And for what!!" I scream to myself.
You've lied to all of them.
I look up at the sky... "Why me?" I whisper. I begin to sob louder than before.
Suddenly I feel someone wrap there arms around my waist and pull me back.
"Ahh!" I yell as I'm yanked back.
"Kawaii~Chan what do you think you were doing!?" Zane whispered yelled at me.
I was sitting on his lap, his arms still around my waist.
"I.. I-Ka.." I couldn't speak. My words were covered by sobs.
Zane pulled me closer to him and hugged me tight. He rubbed slow circles on my back until I could control my breathing.
"Kawaii~Chan, why are you crying?" Zane whispers into my ear, still hugging me.
I stay quiet. "What am I suppose to say?" I though to myself.
"Kawaii~Ch-" Zane starts but I interrupt him.
"P-please Zane, don't call m-me that." I manage to get out.
"Huh?... Well, what should I call you then."
You've screwed up
"U-uh Kawaii~Chan is f-fine! Better head of to bed!" I say and attempt to stand up.
Zane keeps a firm grip on me. "Please.. What's wrong?" He says sounding hurt.
I begin to sob again into his sweater. "You'll h-hate me Zane. You all w-will hate me!" I cry out to Zane.
"Nothing you say could ever and I mean ever make me hate you..." Zane says demandingly.
"You will! I lied to you Zane! Everyone's going to ignore me and hate me!" I begin to sob louder.
"Kawa-... Just tell me. Please I promise you with everything I have that I will stay by your side... p-please trust me." He says sounding like he's about to cry.
"Y-you p-promise?" I stutter.
"I promise..." He whispers tighting his embrace on me.
