Orphans Keep Secrets

I poke Hazels nose and ask "How'd you sleep Bun?" She gives me a slight smile while rubbing her eyes. Barely awake, she says "Good but not good at the same time. Its all mixed and twisted" right before grabbing her pillow and  putting it over her face. Since it's Saturday and I don't have to worry about getting her to school I let her take her time waking up. Suddenly I realize I haven't checked on the boys this morning so I walk over just to see if they're all up and you know, alive.

I burst in their room and loudly sing "Good morning fellas! Wakey wakey eggs and ba-" Before I could finish 5 pillows hit me all at once and knock me to the ground. The entire room erupted in laughter and everyone started sitting up in their beds. I stand up from my pile of pillows and announce that we're all eating cereal for breakfast but I'll set all the boxes and bowls on the table. After hearing a few mumbles I make my way back to the girl's room to grab my robe. 

Opening the cabinet, I pull out down all seven boxes of cereal, making sure my favorite, Lucky charms, is the first one the table. I pour my cereal and then go sit on the couch watching Pretty Little Liars on Netflix. The first person down to breakfast is my bestfriend Austin. Our friendship formed because his birthday is the same day as mine just a year before mine. The only problem with him being 17 and me being 16 is that in 7 months when our birthday comes around he'll have to leave and won't be just a hallway away anymore. 

Pushing that thought to the back of my mind, I pull my legs closer to me so he can have space to sit down. As he sits down he looks at my phone and asks "What season are you on now?'

"Season 5" I say with no emotion in my voice because I'm so focused on whats happening.

"But I thought you were at the end of season 3 yesterday"

I pause the episode and turn to him with a smirk showing on my lips and say "Yeah so?"

When everyone comes downstairs, I go back to the room and grab my towel and my toiletries. I look around and make sure everyone is downstairs before going into the bathroom. As soon as I walk into the bathroom, I lock the door then unlock it and then unlock it again and relock it just to make sure I locked it. I start taking off my clothes but check the lock again for the fear of someone getting in. I start the shower and brush my teeth while the water is heating up. Once I finish brushing my teeth I put my toothbrush back in my toiletry holder and turn on my shower playlist and then hop in the shower.

Sorry for the wait but school just started and I'm like hella busy. I know its Thursday right now but expect an updated every Friday. I really wanna stick to that schedule but I want to know what you guys want. Should I just write long chapters and update every week and a half to two weeks or short chapter and post once a week? It's up to you guys. Anywayssss
