Chapter 10; Sex Slave-Last Chapter

When I wake up I'm still in Jack's arms. His mouth is slightly open and short quiet snores echo from his lips. He looks peaceful, that was until someone banged loudly on the door. Jack opens his eyes and smiles at me. He gives me a pack on the lips and jumps up to grab the door. I hear a muffled conversation on the outside of our door as Jack was talking to someone. I'm guessing it was Sir.
Jack and Sir come in and they walk towards me. Jack pulls me to my feet and shows him my chest and torso full of bruises. Sir nods and Jack covers me back up, helping me back into the bed. Sir hands Jack a package and a paper and leaves. Jack stands by the bed looking at Sir until he shuts the door. Then he turns to me.
"Good morning baby girl." Jack says kissing my forehead.
"Good morning." I say and stretch.
"Let me read this and then we'll start breakfast." He tells me. He walks off to the counter and starts reading in silence. I like our quiet moments. They are peaceful and I get to admire Jack's features. That's kind of hard to do in our rushed moments, which seem to happen quite a bit. Jack is smiling like crazy. He opens the box and looks threw it. He turns and leans back against the counter and looks at me. He just smiles and stares.
"What?" I eventually ask.
"You've skipped your period." Jack says.
"I have?" I ask.
"You've been here for 35 days." He tells me.
"Really? That long?" I ask and he sighs.
"Yeah. That long." He says defeated.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that. Just that I've been away from home and my summer and just... my old life." I say.
"It's okay. Come here." He says opening his arms. I run over and hug him.
"Here." He says as we pull apart. He hands me a stick. A pregnancy stick.
"I have 3 more." He says. Then pushes me towards the bathroom.

I take the test and now we wait.

"Do you think I could actually be pregnant?" I ask him.
"Maybe." He says and scratches his neck nervously.
"Hey. Don't do that. Either way. I'm with you. I'm okay with that." I say pulling Jack to hug me.
"I know. I'm just trying to get us out of here as fast as possible." He says and rubs my back.
All of a sudden theirs another loud knock at the door.
"Stay here." Jack tells me pushing me into the counter to stand where he was a second ago. He goes and opens the door. I hear Sir, but I can't make out what he's saying exactly. I hear Jack sigh and say "okay" then he steps in and someone follows.
"Em?" I ask quietly to myself. What is she doing here?

After Sir leaves Jack takes Em and helps her onto the bed. He then comes to me.
"What happened?" I ask.
"They're questioning Jake. I didn't think I'd get him in trouble, I just wanted them to know I didn't leave marks on you." He says with a worried look.
Ring Ring.... Ring Ring.... Ring Ring...

That's the timer. I look at Jack and he turns it off.
"Go get it." He tells me.
I go grab it, but I don't read it. I want Jack to see it with me. When I come back into the main room Jack is helping Em cover up and he puts her to bed. He walks back over towards me.
"Poor thing." He says looking back at her.
"She'll be okay. I hope." I say and Jack nods.
"What's it say?" He asks me.
I turn it over.

"It's positive?"
"It's positive!" I assure Jack.
He pulls me into a hug and a kiss.

"We're getting out of here." He says then covers his mouth. He looks at Em who looks asleep. Then he looks at me.
"If they find her incompatible, she'll be terminated." Jack whispers to me. I cover my mouth.

We're pregnant. We're getting out and we'll be safe.

I think our loud,"not really anything we can do." I say. He shakes his head.
