The constant banging from my bedroom door woke me up with the urge to punch someone on the face.
"Don't make me tear this door down, Kate." I heard my mom yelled from the other side. I searched my phone underneath the pillows and checked the time. It's 7:30AM. Great, now I have practically 30 minutes to get ready and no time to grab myself breakfast which I'm used to by now.
I hate Monday mornings. I internally screamed to myself. I threw the covers and got up to go to the bathroom to get myself ready.
I grabbed my stuff and hurriedly went downstairs. Before I can even reach the front door, someone stopped me.
"Can you please stop wearing my clothes." I turned around and him standing there wearing a white Nirvana shirt with black skinny jeans and black Vans. I gave him a smirk.
"It's not my fault that mom gets our clothes mixed up."
"I heard that, Kate!" Hearning our mom shout from the kitchen made me and Riley burst out laughing.
"Well, aren't you going to school, Rye?" I asked.
He brushed his messy brown hair and gave me a shoulders up response and put his hands in his pockets. "Seriously? You do know that this is our last year in Highschool. We shouldn't screw things up."
"I'm kidding. Jeez. Of course I'll go to school. I'm just waiting for Jake."
