Just Neighbors?

Chapter 2

"I can't believe I'm moving to South Carolina. Well I better start packing." I thought to myself. I start packing. I pull everything out of my dresser and pull out everything in my walk-in closet. That took 2hours so Amber and Emily should be coming any minute. Then I realize something. I forgot to get ready!! I quickly text Amber and Emily and tell them to come over at 3:30pm. I hopped in the shower and took a 5 minute shower. I get out and pull my brown hair into a messy bun. I go to my suitcase and pull out my hollister jeans and my favorite Aeropostale sweater. It's the Beathany Mota white heart sweater that really fuzzy. I love it so much it's so soft. But it's winter here. It's Feb so it's going to get warmer. (I hope) I put on some light makeup and but on my Ugg boots. Just then my best friends get there.

"ALISSA!!" They both say in unison.

"AMBER. EMILY!!" I say.

"Please don't move!!" Emily said.

"Yeah!! Please don't." Amber said.

"I really don't want to but my parents are making me!!" I said sadly.

"I'm going to miss you so much!!" Emily says.

"Dito!!" Amber said.

"I know!!" I say starting to cry.

After I start crying I turn into bawling. I am going to miss them so much!! They than start crying. We have a great big group hug.

"Let's just spend our last few hours together hanging out an enjoying the time we have." Said Emily.

"Yeah we should." I said.

For the next couple hours we talk about school, boys, what life would be like without me and more boys. The next thing I know it's 9:00pm. I go ask my mom something fast.

"mom?"

"Yes sweetie?"

"Can we come back every once in awhile to visit Amber and Emily?" I ask.

" Of course sweetheart!!" She says and gives me a big hug.

"Thank you mom!!" I said.

I run back to Amber and Emily.

"GUESS WHAT GUYS!!!" I say.

"What!?!" They both say.

"My mom said that I can come back to Pittsburgh every once in a awhile to see you guys!!"

"YAYAYYAYAYAYAY!!" They both said.

"I know!!" I say. "Well it's 10:00pm. I guess you guys should get going." I say sadly.

"Ok. Bye!!! We will miss you sooo much!!!" Said Amber and Emily.

"Same! I will text you!!!" I say.

Than they leave. The last time I get to see them for a long time. I am going to miss them so much but I guess it's for the best. I get ready to go to sleep. I get my pajamas on, my coffee shorts and my 'can't live without coffee' shirt.
