"Where were you and Karma~kun yesterday? We didn't see you two during class or any point the rest of the day~" Rio asked as we were all getting ready to leave for the assembly. "Hanging out at-" I decided not to say where but Rio heard me and pressed on for me to answer. I glanced at Karma but he didn't help at all.
"We should go now Rio~chan, everyone is already leaving." I said pointing at the door as the last person left. "There are groups to go down with remember? We should hurry." Rio gave in and went out the door. I glanced at Karma and then followed after Rio but I stopped before leaving. "I'll see you after the assembly." I said and then went out the door. Who was I grouped with again?
Then I remembered. I was with Rio and Kurahashi.
"I forgot we were grouped together, Y-/n~chan." Didn't we get to choose our groups? Did Rio choose me yesterday... Now I wish I hadn't skipped the end of the day...
"Come on Y/n~chan! You two were hanging out with each other but what were you two doing and where were you two?" Rio asked. "C-Come on Rio~chan! Everyone's ahead of us and we might get late! It's not fair to Kurahashi~san that we end up late!" I said running ahead of them.
"Matte Y/n~chan!"
"Matte L/n~san!"
We arrived at the school campus everyone completely drained. We caught our breathes and then Isogai told us to line up and enter the gymnasium. So we did.
Being E-class we had to be the first to arrive during assemblies and we had to leave during lunch break... The best part was that it was a really humid day... Ugh... What sucked is that everyone gets to treat you like trash and you could do nothing about it! I should've just skipped with Cherry! Assemblies are usually stupid anyway, even if you don't get treated like crap.
Soon enough all the other classes showed up and the assembly began. I absentmindedly listened to the assembly and made a note to myself to never go to assemblies besides the one at the end of the year. Jelabitch~sensei made an entrance and the guy students of the class next to us fawned over her.
"Nagisa~kun, since you keep notes of that octopus in your notebook can you tell me more facts about him?" She asked. "B-Bitch~sensei I already gave you all th-" Just like the first day she came she smothered him in between her boobs. The guys in the class next us made the, 'I wish I were him' face and then a, 'Why 'Bitch'~sensei?' face. Don't question the mention of an octopus, okay then...
The assembly went on and papers were handed out to all of the classes. Except E class.
"Excuse me, E class didn't get their papers." Isogai said while raising his hand. "Oh, sorry, I forgot to bring the E class handouts! You'll just have to memorize everything!" Araki claimed, pretending to be sympathetic. Suddenly papers appeared in all of our hands. The student council event paper!
"That's taken care of now, Isogai~kun. There are enough handwritten copies for everyone after all." Of course, it was Koro Sensei! And in his terrible disguise... I don't think anyone will just let it slide that a very suspicious teacher just appeared out of nowhere...
"We have gotten our printouts! So please continue." Isogai said raising the paper in the air.
Students from the other class were giving Koro Sensei questioning looks and when I looked back at our teachers I saw that Jelabitch~sensei was trying to stab him... Karasuma~sensei led her away though...
Soon enough the assembly was over and we began heading back to our classroom. I'm close by so I could just go home now instead... I decided on that and when the time was right I stayed back and began heading home to only be stopped...
"Nyuurfufufufu! L/n~san, head back to class with the others!" Koro Sensei said pointing a tentacle to everyone heading back to the classroom. "But I realized that I forgot t-" I began coming up with an excuse but Koro Sensei stopped me. "L/n~san, class is important and you missed the end of yesterday as well." He said. "B-But so did Cherry!" I protested. "Yes but... Well, you should head back L/n~san!" He suggested. "You're letting Cherry get away with this but you're stopping me..." I pouted quivering my lower lip.
"Karma~kun has exceeding grades so-" I stopped him, "But~ So do I~ I might not have the same grades as him but I do have very good grades. The mid-terms are coming up I believe... I'll at least make it in the top three if I study really hard... How about letting this go and I'll make sure to live up to that." I negotiated. "I'm sorry L/n~san but I am unable to guarantee that." This freaking octopus...
"Well, my ranking now is probably around 12 or 15, I think I can climb my way to third or second place pretty easily." I smiled confident in myself. I looked around looking for something to distract him. I spotted two 3-D class boys by Nagisa. "Nagisa~kun is in trouble!" I exclaimed. Koro Sensei was off guard and I sped past him not stopping because I knew he'd catch me.
After a few minutes of running I realized Koro Sensei hadn't chased me so I stopped to catch my breath. I then made the final stretch to the tree outside my window. I climbed up the tree and stared at my window with wide eyes seeing that the window wasn't locked... Did a criminal enter my room? MY HOUSE?! Are they gone? The witch is home so did the criminal get caught? Aghh! Why did this happen!
I took a deep breathe, pushed my unlocked window up, and entered my room. To my surprise on my bed was a sleeping Karma... Why didn't he just go to his own house! WHY IS HE SLEEPING IN MY ROOM? WHY IS HE IN MY ROOM WITHOUT ME KNOWING?
I wanted to scream but I knew if I did the witch might here and BAM! We'd both be busted... I went over to the front of my bed and sighed. And I was planning on sleeping too... Ugh... "You're so irritating Cherry..." I muttered. I saw a small smirk form on his 'sleeping' face. "If you aren't sleeping than stop pretending." I advised.
"Aww, I was hoping to get more attention from you~" He simpered sitting up. "Anyways, why are you in my room?" I asked. "I was waiting for you." He answered. "How did you know I was gonna go home after the assembly?" I questioned. "I was gonna wait until you came and you happened to come after the assembly." He replied. "It seems you're the loyal one." I teased. "You could say that... I'll always wait no matter what for ya know." He then looked down. "Heh, th-that's good to know. I'll do the same too.." I said also looking down.
We both looked up at the same time our eyes meeting. "W-Well, what do you wanna do?" I asked. He didn't answer. I crawled onto my bed. "Are you okay?" I asked. I placed the back of my right hand on his forehead. "You're really warm! Do you have a fever?!" I panicked. "It's just kinda hot in here, I'm fine." He assured. "Are you suuuurre?" I asked leaning very close to his face. "Are you okay? Your face is also feeling warm." He said placing a hand on my cheek. "I-I'm fine! It's just a little bit... A-Awkward?"
His hand was still on my cheek and he leaned in closer so our foreheads were touching. "Sorry, is it even more awkward now?" He asked with a smirk. "Ch-Cherry!" I stammered. He leaned backwards slightly, removed his hand from my cheek and shook his head. "Sorry Y/n~neko, I don't know why I did that..." There was an awkward minute of silence.
"I-It's f-fine! For a second there I thought you were a totally different person.. Heh..." Something could've happened. What if that did happen...
"I didn't end up taking a nap at all so..." He trailed off leaving me to piece together what he wanted. "Fiiinnnee..." I turned to get off of the bed but Karma stopped me from doing so. "What are you doing?" He asked. "I told you! We only slept in the same bed when we were little! We're older now!" He didn't let go of my arm. "Sometimes you ask way too much from me..." I sighed. "I know~" Was all he replied with and then he layed down. I hesitantly layed down as well.
Whyyyyy.....?! This isn't riiiggghhtt....
