you weren't much of a talker. your mom and dad used to abuse you before you joined the scouts. when the wall was damaged (had a hole kicked into it by the armored titian.) you joined the scouts wanting to help all the family's that lost something. your parents had died, very much to your liking, but your brother had survived. you loved your brother dearly and cared for him. He joined the scouts with you saying something along the lines of "if you join, i'm joining to sis!" you could never forget the grin he gave you. it was a smile from ear to ear and full of love and caring. you and your brother were training when you met a certain short, steel grey eyed, black haired corporal. you immediately saluted earning a 'tch' "at-ease cadet y/n." you were surprised that the copral would know your name out of all the other cadets. while you were first in your class, your brother was second. you however thought there was some kind of mistake and when you went to the commanders office he assured you that you that your ranking was correct. you walked back to your room and sighed, pulling out the paper that showed all your class rankings. you smiled a bit looking at all of the other cadets. most of them were your friends, and you were happy to have their company as well as your brothers. you were to have hand to hand combat the next day, and nothing prepared you for that.
