"VI!" Hiro panicked. All he was hearing on her end was static silence. When they heard someone else's voice on the line, both of them panicked, but Wilbur's cries had long since stopped, while Hiro was still freaking out. Wilbur was still concerned, but he saw it wouldn't do anyone any good. Right now, he had to focus on calming his remaining friend and he looked like he was on the verge of hyperventilating.
"Would you get a grip?!" he called out and slapped him across the face.
That seemed to do the trick, as Hiro stopped and looked at his friend offended and held his cheek where he'd been hit.
"You just hit me!"
"Yeah. Because as I said, get a grip." Wilbur repeated.
"Get a grip!?" Hiro sounded offended. "Some psycho probably has her. The same psycho who has your father might I add!"
"Don't you think I realise that!? This crazy guy has my dad and one of my best friends. And right now, I'm busy trying to calm my other best friend down. We won't be doing either of them or anyone any good if we're freaking out. So get a grip and help me save our friend or keep panicking and let the rest of the world suffer for it!"
Hiro stared wide-eyed at his friend's words. Wilbur definitely had a point. It wouldn't help anyone if he kept freaking out. Wilbur had more reason to be freaking out, yet he was the one telling Hiro off for being overdramatic. WILBUR FREAKING ROBINSON! The king of being overdramatic!
"So does that genius brain of yours have any ideas?" Wilbur asked, the pair continuing to scout the area.
"You can't expect me to come up with all the ideas." Hiro turned to him.
"I'm not. I've got a few of my own." Wilbur pointed to his forehead.
"So why are you asking me?" He blinked.
"In case you shut me down." Wilbur admitted.
"Seriously?" Hiro looked unamused. "I think we're past the point of throwing ideas away. Just tell me what you got."
Wilbur took a breath before speaking. "I figured if we get caught, things could get worse and we end up with that future."
"Thank you Captain Obvious."
Wilbur frowned at him, but proceeded to continue. "But, maybe getting caught might help us find us them?"
Hiro raised an eyebrow at him. Getting caught was risky. It'd get them in, but it wouldn't guarantee they got out. "How do you suppose we get out then?" he asked.
"We saw the future. Somehow we got out." Wilbur shrugged.
"Unless this didn't happen in that timeline and even if we did, we don't know how we did."
"Maybe once we're inside we'll remember something." Wilbur pointed out.
"It's a fifty/fifty."
Wilbur let out a sigh. If he wasn't wearing a helmet, he would've run his hand through his hair. "We've got Baymax." he reminded. "You said you'd call him if we needed help. I think now would be a good time."
Right. If he contacted the robot now, then he'd be may be able to make it in time.
"You call Baymax and then we get ourselves caught. Pray they take us in, find my dad and Violet. Then Baymax comes in, breaks the ceiling and we live to fight another day." Wilbur said.
It wasn't full proof, but it was the only plan they had. Getting caught, meant they were going in blind and had to rely on their friend to ensure they got out. Still, they had no other plan or choice.
