Yes, each of the Five represent an element of harmony! (Credits to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic for the elements of harmony)

Honesty- Midnight

Generosity- Fuzzynerd (so I didn't need to change colors)

Laughter- Ginny

Kindness- Luna

As for the sixth element (magic), I have no idea who's in charge of that one! As of now, the Fantastic Five don't recognize an official leader of their group.
