"Hey Katie!" I said to Katie when we got to the gym at the same time.
"Hey" she replied happily as we walked in. Katie and I put our stuff in a cubby and went to the floor to warm up with Syd, Moo, Amanda and Mary. We found a spot in the corner and went into straddle sits. Katie stretched down but I sat taller and looked around the whole gym. I couldn't find who I was looking for, so I stretched down with Katie.
"I wonder where Liv is" I said quietly.
"It's her dads birthday today I think".
"Oh really?"
"Yeah she told me yesterday."
She shuffled closer to me.
"Do you like Liv?" She whispered.
