Chapter IX

*Your P.o.V.*

As soon as we walked in you could see all the cliques formed all ready. Whatever you can think of, I'm sure it was here. We carefully walked around the groups that are super edgy or in other words 'a**holes' and made our way between the 2 winding(?) staircases to get to our homeroom. We were earlier than everyone else, then the nerds came in to follow as well. The cool part was that we picked the middle desks next to the window to be at. The nerds sat in all the front seats except one. There was no room so he sat behind us. He looked terrified for some reason. The bell rang and everyone started to trickle in slowly. Some preps, geeks, jocks, goths, grunge kids, and shockingly steam punks. There was one crusty punk guy but I think he had the wrong class since he left. Then Dark walked in and sat behind Malon and next to that nerdy guy. Dark smiled and waved at me while I shyly waved back considering this mornings events. Then the popular kids came in and no. I don't mean the dumb cheerleaders like what most people think. I'm talking about the royalty ones, the ones that get under your skin, the ones that everyone is scared of, and the ones that can ruin your life in high school and possibly real life as well.

They a migrated to the back, looking around at everyone. Looks like they're targeting who's their next victims to torment first. The ones that stood out most were the blonde couple from earlier. Those 2 must be top of the chain since 2 jocks got up and sat on the floor to make room for them.

The bell rang and I turned back to the front. Every one was still talking though till the professor came in. He looked very familiar, I think his name was Mr. Dods. Everyone started to hoot and cheer for him as he smiled then waved them off. "Alright, class. I'm your temporary homeroom professor which means no assignment to give to you guys." Everyone cheered again and he bowed at their cheers. "So what do you guys wanna do today? Which ever suits my mood the most will be the activity we will do today." People started shouting study time, free time, and story time. Idk what story time was but it peeked my interests. Dark snapped me out of my daze by pinching my thigh playfully. "Oh my goddesses, Dark you scared me." He laughed and Malon shook her head. I noticed he was sitting between us under the desks since they were those tall tables with stools. My face heated up a bit but I ignored it then Mr. Dods spoke to the class again. "Well since we have 4 hours in this class today since the school was not prepared for today surprisingly we can have free time. Everyone was good with that and started talking amongst themselves while Mr. Dods started reading his book. "So Dark, you plan on being on the teams again?" Some beefy looking jock asked while crushing the poor nerd behind me. "Not sure yet, still thinking about it." Dark replied casually. "Well think fast, try outs are in 2 weeks from today and it'll be great to know your backing us up again this year." With that the jock left and Dark bit Malon's thigh making her gasp then blush. "Dark, you jacka**! Don't do that!" She scolded him under the table as he laughed. He rotated my legs to him and hugged my legs like a child would. "I can't help it. 2 beautiful girls in front of me, in skirts too, and I think I can see panties too." He said with a smirk. Our faces flushed a deep crimson red and I pulled my skirt down while Malon pied Dark out from under the table by his ear as he begged to stay under there. They fought like siblings and I caught myself laughing while they stared at me in happiness I'm guessing. "Ugh, your so annoying as a brother." Malon quoted which caught me off guard a bit. "Hah. Only to you." Dark replied and I got a little weirded out. "Shouldn't you not bite her like that if you guys are related?" Dark and Malon both laughed at me while I stared in confusion. "We're not literally related." Malon corrected and I got embarrassed by the thought knowing that I messed up in a bad way. "It's okay, (Y/N). Haha" Dark hugged my legs and I felt dagger like glares being thrown at me. I ignored them and smiled down to him then rested my head on my arm. "Malon, we're stuck here for a few hours so what are we going to do till then?" Malon shrugged then I looked at Dark as well which earned me another shrug. I saw a bunch of people on their phones so I took my phone out then started listening to some creepypasta. We were listening to one called Eyeless Jack who stalked people then late at night while they're sleeping he would steal their kidneys and other organs. "Hey, maybe that was EJ in your room last night? Looking for you to steal your kidneys." Dark mocked creepily and I cringed a bit. "Shut up, Dark. That's creepy, besides. If he didn't run away he probably would of eaten you." Malon remarked and I laughed. "Hey, it would be quieter without him." I taunted and Dark looked taken back by my comment. "How rude!" He crossed his arms and legs like a child. As me and Malon laughed I got off my chair then hugged my raven haired friend. After we said our apologies we continued to watch more creepypasta.

*~Time Skip to the End of Class~*

As the bell rang Mr. Dods just told us to go back to home or to our dorms since there were no classes scheduled on time. Malon, Dark, and me walked out together and went under the tree where me and Malon ate at this morning. "Hey, we should all go to the mall and hang out there." Dark suggested. "But I can't, it's a week day and I haven't gotten a new waitress to help my dad out yet." Malon whined and obviously upset about the inconvenience. "It's okay, me and Dark can wait till after your restaurant closes."
"It closes at 10pm and the mall closes at 10:30pm., (Y/N)"
"Oh..."

We stayed quiet for a while then Malon suggested something weird. "Why don't you two go by yourselves? Then we can all go this weekend." I felt my face heat up a bit and Dark agreed. He said it'll be fun then while we're there we can plan on what to do there with Malon this weekend. "Well, okay." I agreed and Malon smiled then hugged me. As she did that she whispered into my ear, "First date for you two, tell me everything when you get back." I laughed and let her go. She let go as well then gave me her phone number. I saved it to my phone and we parted our ways from her. "(Y/N), how about I pick you up in front of the girl's dorm at 7pm? Give you some you time. Haha" I laughed a bit and nodded. "Actually I'd love that. What if I'm late though?" He took my phone from my jacket pocket and started typing something. "There. Gave you my number. Just text me if you need extra time. Haha" we stopped in front of the girl's dorm and I smiled at him. "Well I'll see you later then. Bye." I said then we hugged and parted ways as well. I left into my dorm while he went who knows where. Got to my room finally and opened my room. I saw the queen bee herself coming down my hall. Pretty obvious that she was since she had a posse following her. I quickly got into my room then closed my door to avoid confrontation. I locked my door and started to undress. I got nervous about my window and check to see if it was locked. It was so I got my clothes then decided to shower.

  I came out feeling super refreshed and what not. Down side was when I thought I shaved my legs perfectly I saw blood popping out here and there. 'Ughhhh, shaving is a curse. I should of used that hair remover instead...' I was hoping to wear a dress since it was hot but I just wore black jeans instead. I put on my (f/c) frilly tank top with matching low top converse then decided to finish drying my hair. I checked my phone and I still had like a good 3 hours till I needed to go. After I finished drying my hair I decided to charge my phone then watch funny vines on my laptop.
