Matt x Child!Reader

You were trying to look pretty for your first day of school! Edd and the gang decided to have you go to school because it was against the law that you HAD to go to school. Edd also thinks it is a good idea because then you can make friends and hang out with them! But you were having doffuculties with your hair and your purple bow that your dad Matt gave you. 

When you were brushing your hair you couldnt reach the bottom of you hair, not even half way so you got out of your room and searched for your dad. You couldnt fond him in his room where he usually was admiring himself in the mirror. You did the same when you have spare time throughout life or Matt will do your hair and you guys will play dress up. 

When you found your dad he was busy in the kitchen and he seemed to be crying because you heard sobbing noises coming from him and no one else was in the house but you and Matt getting ready. You walked to your dad then you saw his face. He had a black eye and you were about to cry, butyou tugged onto his leather coat which was a pretty color you liked! But he didnt look at you.

"Daddy? Are you okay? You have a black eye! What happened daddy?" 

He looked at you and hugged you

"I think we need to move after what uncle Tord did"

"was he the one that punched you daddy?"

Your dad cried a but mote so you hugged him and you were crying too. You didnt like seeing your dad upset after what you "mom" did to him. She broke his heart and decided to date another man that she thought was handsome and only liked him for the looks and his abs. 

"Please dont cry daddy! You know when you cry I cry too"

Your dad seem to have smile about this and he smiled with tears running down his face, you both pulled away from the hug your dad was at your level and you whipped his tear

"No matter what dadyy you look pretty to me, rven if it means you have a black eye"

(me: imagining this and me being all awwwww)

Your dad smiled and he saw your brush and the purple bow

"You want me to do your hair today?"

"Yes please!" You said happy because you didnt like your hair messed up and not looking pretty like your dad.

When the bus came you putted on your backpack and waved your dad goodbye on the bus.

"LOVE YOU DADDY" You shouted

"LOVE YOU TOO HAVE A NICE DAY AT SCHOOL!"

Then you drived away from the house heading to school.
