Chatper 2

Jessie pov

I fall on my bed, tired as fuck. All I wanted was to sleep. Well life knows that's not gonna happen.

My dad comes up to my room and tell me the worst.

"Get ready Jess, we are going to dinner at the neighbors house"

"No" I told him

"Jess come on, do this for me"

"Why should I"

"Because I am your father"

"Are you sure because you're a blonde with green eyes and I'm a brunette with blue eyes"

"You get that from your mother, you two could be twins"

I starred up at the ceiling. Not wanting the tears to fall.

My dad comes and sits next to me

"Honey it's ok it wasn't your fault, you need to stop beating yourself up, come to dinner with me and your mom at the neighbors please"

"Fine but only because there's food"

"That's my girl, hurry we leave when your mom gets her from work"

My dad gets up and leaves. Before he walks out I stop him.

"Wait what neighbors?"

"The ones in front of us"

With that he leaves and I curse the wall.

I get up and go to my mirror and brush my hair and do my make-up. I don't put on much because this is only dinner.

A Meal I would skip, which is like once in a blue moon.

I go to my closet and take out a black tee and gray jeans. I change and put on my converse. This in totally takes me 15 minutes. It's only 6:30 and my mom came home from work and she is getting ready herself. Dad lied to me. we weren't leaving when she came home.

At 7:00 we are at the Young's door. I knock the door and a few seconds later Mr. Jackass answers.

"Well hello there" he smirks at me while leaning on the door frame.

Mrs. young comes behind him and greets us.

"Hi Robert and Jamie, welcome" she tell my parent. Or I hope so, is there another Robert and Jamie....no? Fine your lost

"Come in" mr. jackass moves out of the way and my parents and I enter.

"So who's this?" Mrs young asks

"This is our daughter Jessie" my mom tells mrs young

"Oh well this is my son Wyatt"

"Mom we already met at school" he smiles at me

"No we didn't, he's stalking me, dad help me" I go behind my dad and hide from the idiot named Wyatt

"Jessie I'm hurt" he puts his hand on the spot where a heart goes, which I doubt he has.

"Jamie,Robert would you like to help me in the kitchen"

"Sure" both my parents say. they go to the kitchen and help mrs young, leaving Wyatt and I alone.

I pull out my phone and earbuds because I am not putting up with his shit.

I sit on the couch and listen to American authors. I feel my love disappear in to nothing. I look up and see Wyatt has taken my earbuds out and he is hold them in his hands.

"Rule number 1 no listening to music when you're with me"

I look at him with a face of pure "what the fuck". I kick him in a place that I won't say. I get my earbuds back and keep listening while mr jackass sits on the floor in pain. I take my earbuds out in time to hear mrs young say dinner was ready.

I stand up and walk to the dinning room and take a seat on the left side of my mom. Mr jackass comes in a minutes later and sits across from me.

My dad and mrs young comes back with dinner which is hamburgers and pasta. Even in the worst times food helps me. I dig in once the food touches the table and I of course am first to finish. and I ate two burgers.

What can I say a girl gotta eat.

During the whole dinner, mr jackass kicked me and throw food at me. I told on him of course.

If your a guest and not being treated right tell on the bully to their mother. My parents and mrs young talked about all things. about my mom work which is working at the law firm in town, and my dad who cooks for a living. that's why me and my dad are close. we love food.

When dessert came, I ate even more. it was ice cream and apple pie. and it was delicious. I don't think my dad's apple pie is as good. no wait I take it back. it's way better!

Once we all finish, my parents chat with mrs young even more. like how much can three people talk about global warming.

I go to the living room and wait for my parents to finish. mr jackass comes in and sits next to me.

"Hey you wanna see something?" He asks me. and I don't like the look in his eyes.

"No" I answered and turned back to the YouTube video I was watching.

"Well too bad" he said and grabs my arm and dragged me to the basement

" Let go of me!" I yelled at him

"No thanks"

He leads me to a door and stops. I start to get really scared and he opens the door. he grabs my arm to make sure I stay. he opens the door quickly and takes me in. I open my eyes and find a dog, not just any dog but a husky.

And I was deathly afraid of dogs.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" I scream in mr. jackass ear and then everything was black.
