Toby: Stop worrying! You'll do fine
Spencer: Ok. I love you
Toby: I love you too
Today is Toby's first day back to work since Shawn was born. So Im without help for the first time for the entire day. And I have to worry about Toby's first day back as a cop.
*On the phone*
Spencer: Hey Em
Emily: Hi, what's up?
Spencer: I was wondering when you are getting out of work and if you are staying here tonight again
Emily: I'm leaving at 3. And I was hoping I could stay one more night?
Spencer: Of course
Emily: Only if Toby is okay with it
Spencer: Of course he's ok with it. And you can help me with Shawn since I am home alone today.
Emily: Toby's first day back?
Spencer: Yes and it's already as chaotic as possible. But are you going to figure things out with Ali. You have your two little girls to think about.
Emily: I am going to try
Spencer: I think you'll get through it
Emily: I have to go. I will see you a little after 3, thank you

*Toby gets home from work*
Toby: Hey babe
Spencer: Hi. How was your first day back?
Toby: Good, how was your first day alone?
Spencer: It was good. But I missed you every second
Toby: I missed you too. And Shawn. It was so nice being home all the time with you two.
Spencer: Yeah it was great. And I'm happy to go back to the firm in a couple weeks, but I'll miss Shawn like crazy. I feel bad working when he's his young.
Toby: it's fine! And you'd go crazy if you didn't work.
Spencer: But so many moms frown upon working moms
Toby: Well you shouldn't care what they think. You are an amazing mom and you will still be an amazing mom when you are working
Spencer: And you are an amazing dad
Toby: I love you!
Spencer: I love you too.
Toby: Is shawn asleep?
Spencer: Yep. And his first time not sleeping in our room.
Toby: Ohhh so that means this is the first night without a baby in our room.
Spencer: I guess it does
I wink at him and we both giggle. He grabs me by the hand and we run into our room while still laughing and slam the door shut.
