Even though i am only eleven, I am actually quite intelligent. Not in math, or science, but life. I can tell when I'm not wanted or if people actually like me. I can tell when people are down or pretending to be happy when there not. Or when they are happy and pretending to be sad for a little attention.

I wouldn't call it a gift, because it's not.. It's just heaps of experience, put onto other people. I decided to sneak out for a walk, there was absolutely nothing else I wanted to do. I grabbed my skateboard and rolled down the street to the park.

It wasn't a very cool park swing and slide wise, but it had a flat patio and a cool skate area. Plus it wasn't that busy. I got there in a matter of minutes and just casually rolled around on the flat patio. It was an easy way to clear my head and get on. It was fresh and nice.

I sat down on my skateboard and got out my phone. Someone was ringing me. I saw the contact name and gulped a little. I slowly hit answer and put the phone to my ear. This wasn't going to be pleasant.

"H-hey.." I stuttered. I found my self and stopped chattering, it wasn't a very strong impression to put.

"Scared much?" He laughed and made a sniggering noise. I sighed and rolled my eyes. Suddenly the park went really quite.

I looked around and the place I liked the most seemed extremely scary. I felt a little kick on my lower back and turned round.

The boy I was on the phone too, Jake, was stood there. "Sorry, something just popped up." He declined and it and squatted down to my level.

"Funny seeing you here!" He laughed. I could run. I could cry. I could charlie. But none of them things sounded good.

I looked forward and heard him laughing. I closed my eyes. Kill me now!

He grabbed my by the hood and pulled me off to my feet. He kicked my skate board so it rolled away and pulled me, still by the hood, onto the grass. I was looking up at him and he was a lot taller than me.

I could feel my eyes getting bigger and making that innocent look they sometime do.

"So.. Whats the little freak doing here?" I gulped. I shrugged. He kicked a weak spot on the back on he leg and I fell down. I pulled up and sat down, propping my self up with my arms.

He went into his bag and I thought he was gonna pull something out to kill me or something, but it looked like a little kids skipping rope. I was confused but he pulled me by the hood and dragged me to a tree.

"Well I don't want you coming back here! Ever. Because I could make it ugly." He stated. He wrapped the rope right around my stomach and tied to a tree. "I'll come get you in the morning."

It had gotten really dark. That was combined with it getting later and the clouds getting greyer.

Before he left he hit me and I could feel another black eye coming along. Afterwards he walked away laughing. But some one came out and punched him in the face. I couldn't see who it was as he was quite far away and I couldn't move to get any closer.

The other guy hit him a few times and then Jake walked off. The other guys hood was shadowing his face and he was walking towards me. Great.

He bent over and started undoing the nots. I looked up and saw the ginger shut under the hood.

Edward.
