Continuing on through the city Naeus notices that this city had long been abondoned. Through his keen eyes he could see the growth of much flora that now plagues the great abandoned structures. Upon closer inspection he can see that they have a certain "aura," about them, the kind of aura that spreads around magical items. "lay lines," he says to himself, "of the magic variety as well, this must've been a great city in its prime to be able to boast such a strong aura." as he follows the aura of the lay line he discovers a single structure, still intact with great crystals surrounding the underbelly. Along the wall of the stone structure he sees what must have been markings, the word Naaet, scrawled much the same as a branding of a ship. Naeus inspects the branding "The Edge of The Blade? This must've have been a ship, strange there is no sign of a lake or even stream near here." As Naeus studies the strange ship he hears an odd mixture of noises, the sounds of rooting. He quickly spins around and before him are three small boar, a sal and her children. "I don't want to disturb them, maybe however, I can avoid contact." Naeus moves further around the wall of the ship, observing the mother and her offspring. While watching the creatures he notices something is strange about them, that it seems they have been previously mutilated and pieced back together. One of the offsping was missing a leg, but had been put together by strange objects, closely resembling the work of an artificer. "These beasts must belong to something, maybe something within the ship." Naeus cautiously searches for an entrance, careful not to interfere with the feeding of the strange beasts and finds a single rope ladder, freshly laid across the side of the ship and climbs up unknowing what awaits.
