Of course I remember how we met I remember every single bit of our relationship, every little detail, the first time we kissed, when we told our friends about us, when we told our fans about us, I remember every little detail. And that is how I know its love.

It was late august I had moved all the way from Texas to California it was my only chance to get away from the people who had been torturing me since I was in grade school. It was my only chance to get out of the suburbs and into the city. Ever since I was a girl I knew I belonged here, away from the rural life away from the bigotry and the hate I was faced with every day. I got a scholarship for the university of California and my parents said they would pay for me to live here as long as I was putting school first, ahead of everything, I mean it was the reason I came here so Thats only fair.

I had just turned 18 on the 25th; I have never lived alone, so far away from all my friends and family. But the only really keeping me there was my best friend Samantha, she joined the marines a week ago and is doing basic training in Greece​ right now so it was my best time to leave.

She was my only close friend back home so the moment she left I was out of there.

I sighed as I sat down on my new couch. I had bought all new furniture for my new apartment. My cat Mia purred on my lap as my other cat Vincent lay on the floor across the room. I got to take both of my cats with me even though they were the family pets.

I got a knock on my door and went to see who it was, leaving Mia fukin pissed that I had left her there. you know how cats are.

I opened the door and it was the last of my boxes. Brought them in and right before I could close the door Mia dashed across the hall into an open door across from me I closed the door (so Vincent wouldn't leave too) then ran across the hall to retrieve my rude ass cat.

I knocked on the door and then I immediately heard "David,why is there a cat here" well shit. I nocked on the door once more before yelling out "I think my cat ran in there!"

I heard a slight laugh followed by foot steps a guy with pink hair opened the door holding my cat "I'm so sorry to bother you" I said a awkwardly

"It's no problem" the pink haired dude said handing me back Mia "how come I've never seen you around before are you visiting someone or something " he said

"I just moved in across the hall its nice to meet you" I said awkwardly shaking his hand I was getting some stoner vibes from this dude

"Cool are you living alone or..."

"Yes I live alone"

"Cool so uhm... How old are you anyway"

Wait what was this guy flirting with me or something before I could answer someone else walked up behind him and said something about a blog to the pink haired guy

"Hey I'm sorry was Dom hitting on you" the other guy asked I assume pink haired dude is Dom

"Uh kinda" I giggled awkwardly"hi I'm Zoe I just moved in across the hall and you are?" I asked "I'm David I live here with Dom and our other roommate Alex"

"Great well I better get back to my apartment"

"Wait we are youtubers and I think it would be cool if you could help us out with a bit David said "ah I thought I'd seen you somewhere weren't you on vine?" I asked"yeah but now its dead so we vlog, willnyou do the bit with us?"

"That depends what is it"

"Well we have this ongoing joke that our friend Todd is a man slut and we like to blindfold people and surprise them so we thought when he hangs out with us next you could be his surprise" he rambled on it seemed a bit weird consodering Im a complete stranger.

"Sure"

"Great but it myy be inappropriate how old are you"

"I'm 18 it's fine"

I went back to my apartment with Mia and Vincent and layed down on my bed which didn't have pillows yet because they were in the newest boxes. It had been a tiring day I moved met some if my new neighbors and made plans to be in someone elses YouTube video soon. It wasn't a bad day at all in fact it was an amazing first day of living in L.A that day changed my life so so much. And little did I know that that 'stupid',bit made me the person I am today.
