KALE POV

I stood there waiting for Samurai to come and try to catch me. I'm the supervillian of this town. I mean, I don't want to be but it's the only way to get the proof that I need to show everyone the truth about the mayor.

"So. You decided to stay." Samurai said to me as he walked out of the shadows.

"I needed to talk to you."

He scowled at me and then I heard another voice "Rai. Why do I have to wear this mask? It's really itchy." Then someone else came out of the shadows. She was wearing a grey sweatshirt with Nyan Cat on it and baggy grey sweatpants. She was also wearing a blue mask that covered her whole face and her hair.

"Oh my god. Seriously? You have to wear the mask so no-one can see your face." Samurai whisper shouted at her.

"I can hear you." I said to him.

"Who's that?" The girl asked.

"You know who that is." He replied.

"Actually. You didn't give me enough time to get my lenses or my glasses. I'm literally blind without them, plus the itchy mask doesn't help."

"Fine. The bag is on the picnic table. There are bandanas in there cover your hair, nose and mouth. I also brought your contact lenses."

"Thank you!" She said in a sarcastic but jolly tone then she skipped away into the shadows.

"What was that?" I asked.

"Umm. I got stuck babysitting my... My umm... My mum's friend's daughter... yeah."

Right after, the girl came back with a bandana wrapped around her hair and another one around her mouth and nose. The only thing you could see of her face and hair was her green eyes that had some orange in the middle of them. It looked like there were flames in her eyes. I could also see a single strand of thick hair down the front of her face. Green eyes. Brown hair. I could work with this.

"Oh my god. It's the Sith Lord himself. Titanium. Why do Supers have such wierd names. Oh. Yeah. It's so nice to finally meet you!" She put out her hand for me to shake it. I reached out for her hand when Samurai burnt both of our hands.

"Ouch! You know, mum's going to Kill you for bringing me here. You are going to die " she taunted to him.

"Look. I'm babysitting you. I couldn't just leave you at the house."

"I don't even understand why I have to have a babysitter. I'm not a baby. And I certainly don't need anybody to sit on me."

"Just call Ben. He'll come and pick you up."

"He's having dinner with his parents. Can we just go? It's pretty creepy back here."

Samurai turned back to me "Dude. Can you just tell me what you want to tell me. I gotta get this brat home." He looked at her and she gave him the death stare.

"Uh. It was nothing. Just take her to wherever she needs to be. We can talk another time."

"Ok thanks. I'm supposed to be capturing you right now but I'm not going to so. Bye"

Then I flew away back home and saw the sight of them, two tiny dots on the ground, walking away from the spot I was just at.

IVY POV.
the next day

The first day of school. This year I'll be working up to my GCSE's. Year 10. Even more taunting now that it's actually here. Soon ill be off to college, pursuing my dream of being a director, having a wonderful family. But although today is another step to success, it's also the day where I go into a friend group. I went to an only girl's school for all my life, Abbiss Academy For Successful Young Girls. It's bad enough having social anxiety, but also being the one with no friends? That's just as bad. So, here I am trying to make a decision on what to do with my hair. I'm not in sixth form yet so I still have a uniform (at least I didn't have to choose what to wear).
