You looked over to Dan, for he was still unconscious. Phil looked at you and spoke, "(Y/n), how are you feeling? Does anything hurt?"
You stayed silent, but shook your head. You did have pain flooding through your memories, but you didn't want to worry anyone any longer.
Your eyes stayed glued to Dan, hoping he would wake up any minute.
Your staring was inturupted by the nurse walking through the white door. She checked on Dan, fixing a few things. Then she turned to you, "Hello Ms. (Y/n) (l/n). Does anything hurt?"
Your action of shaking your head again was a lie because your dark brown eyes were screaming in pain for someone to help.
"Are you hungry, thirsty, anything?"
You shook your head again.
The nurse spoke one last time before leaving the room, "Alrighty, the doctor will be in here in a few minutes."
Silence. You felt Phil's bright blue eyes piercing you. "(Y/n)..."
You looked away from Dan again and made eye contact with Phil.
"Are you sure you're okay? I mean- I know you got stabbed, and I understand. But aren't you in any pain?"
You shook your head.
"Are you sure? Because when you're quiet, something is wrong..."
Tears streamed down your pale face. A crimson blush appeared to get darker as you cried, "T-This is all m-my fault."
Phil was now at your bed side, "No, it's not your fault. It's her fault for interfering with us again."
Phil cupped your face in his warm hands and wiped your tears.
"Phil... (Y-Y/n)?"
Dan's awake.
"DAN! ARE YOU OKAY?! I'M SO SORRY!"
You tried to get up and hug Dan, but Phil held you to your bed, "(Y/n) you have to stay down!"
Phil held you down until you were calm.
"It's okay. Are you two okay?"
"I'm fine, just bruised."
"I'm in pain, but I'm not dead.... Yet..."
"Ah! You're both awake now! Brilliant." A male voice roared.
You and Dan looked over at the doctor.
"Let's start with Mr. Howell. How are you feeling?"
"I'm feeling fine. Not as much pain."
"Good. Ms. (L/n)? How about you?"
"..."
"Go on, (Y/n)." Phil encouraged you to speak up.
"I-I.. uhhmm..."
"Show me where it hurts, Ms. (Y/n)."
You pointed to the areas that hurt.
"Ah. I see. I'll be right back."
The doctor left you all in silence.
"You might have a messed up artery." Dan commented.
You in hailed deeply and tried to relax.
