After half an hour, he had to go. She sat there, enjoying the calming fresh air. The words rain check kept repeating in her head. She eventually pushed the thought aside, and went back inside her large house. Walking up the stairs, she anticipated a failure of a practice waiting for her at her desk.

But she was pleasantly surprised when a sudden burst of inspiration came rushing to her. She wrote it down immediately so she wouldn't forget. The answer has always been right in front of me this entire time. Record the songs based on the kind of mood I'm in! She scrambled to find her lyric sheet for her single, Run and Hide, which would be featured in her album.

She finally had everything prepared, and when she was ready, she pressed record. "I don't wanna buy what they're sellin' these days. Sayin' feeling and fallin' is all mistake, no, no, no. And why does everybody look at young hearts? Feelin' love like its just a matter of time before they break, no, no."

She had to admit, she was feeling the groove of this song. It really spoke to her, and she hoped her other songs soon would too. She for one couldn't wait to show this recording to Marie tomorrow.
