Hey guys here's chapter 2 took me a while but here it is thanks for reading and liking the book also thanks to anyone following me I really appreciate it.
"WHATS GOING ON HERE". Cody and I flew apart and looked behind us to find none other then Mr.Thompson holy crap we're busted. "Mr.Thompson I'm so sorry sir we'll get back to class now" that's the fastest I think I've ever talked. "NO Lexi you have detention with me for the next four week" "THE NEXT FOUR WEEKS that's a bit much" I can't believe he thinks he can give me detention for skipping 30 minutes of class. "Fine eight weeks" Mr.Thompson said he looked pissed but you could see it in his eyes that he was enjoying this "Are you serious" "Your stepping on thin ice here Ms.Davis. Not only do you have after school detention but you will also have detention during lunch everyday your late I add on 2 days everyday you don't show up I add a week understood" " yes Mr.Thompson" that's when Cody finally decided to step in " Hey Hey wait a minute how come she's the only one with detention I was skipping as well" Mr.Thompson took his eyes off me and they snapped over to Cody he looked pissed and what happened next happened so fast I'm not sure if I was just seeing things or not but Mr.Thompson practically snarled at Cody and then he looked back at me and said he expects me at detention before the late bell rings for lunch let me just say one thing I really don't like this guy.
When the lunch bell rung I went straight to my locker and got my books for Mr.Thompsons class then I jogged down to Mr.Thompsons room and walked in he was sitting at his desk I guess he heard me come on because his head shot up. "Take a seat Ms.Davis" I went straight to my normal seat in the back " is there no one else coming" I really hope there is I don't wanna be the only one here it's always awkward being in a room alone with a teacher " No" crap well I got 45 minutes until class starts so I decided to plop on my hoodie and when i thought he wasn't looking I put in my ear plugs then I put my head down.
After I got threw some of my GOT7 playlist my hoodie was pulled off my head." Take your ear plugs off this is detention Ms.Davis not your free period" This guy is really working my last nerve he sat down in the chair in front of me " seems as though I'll have to keep an eye on you" at this point I'm practically glaring at him and he has this smirk on his face that this is gonna be a long couple of weeks.
After a while of him just sitting in front of me grading papers I got bored and decided it was time for pay back. " Mr.Thompson" I say "Hmmm" " I'm bored". He puts down his pen and turns toward me he looks directly at me and says " Ms.Davis this is detention its supposed to be boring". "Ugg lighten up will you" Once again he looks back at me and smiles " No". Then I heard my new favorite noise the bell thank god oh wait my next class is civics.
"1month and 29 days left of detention how will I survive" I flopped down on the couch in agony. " Lex I don't think it'll be that bad one day at a time right." "Cody you don't understand that man I evil" Cody chuckles and kisses my forehead. "Well 1 month and 29 days left right you can do it Lex." " Yea ok lets get this work done." After we did our homework Cody kissed me goodbye and he left. I'm so excited for detention I hope you caught the sarcasm.
