Where mostly everyone is currently at in their lives right now.

"Your hono-" being cut off by the judge I had to hold my tongue from saying something that may leave me disbarred. "Case dismissed until next week Tuesday." The judge declared, looking at me, "I expect both parties to have their cases in order." Judge Kurt, declared slamming down the wooden thing.
I wanted so badly to say I did but that wouldn't have matter, once that bastard made his mind up, that was basically it.
"Well you heard him," I told to my client Amanda Standers, who looked pissed at me for whatever reason. "I won't be available next week, I have to fly out to Paris." She complained as if I were the one who set back the date. "Then I'm sorry, but you're going to have to cancel your shopping trip. Because if not, you won't ever see a next one for decades," I lay out what's at stake to her, while packing up my files, she eyed me hardly but I won't cower to her.
"Please, the way I see it, you won't see a next shopping spree in decades either way," of course, I agitatedly thought when I heard and felt the presence of my arch nemesis, Jinder Mahal. He smirked at her, "Unless you plead guilty now and get one decade off, I can assure you of that," he was really trying it, right now.
"She doesn't have to plead guilty for a crime she isn't guilty of." I stated and then narrowed my eyes at him, "You should start making deals with your clients on lessening his sentence; not mine."
Amanda stood firmly behind me, supporting me. Jinder did his dick laugh and winked at us, "Tell yourself lies, especially you, you need to get the best sleep of your life before heading to prison." And with that he tapped the wooden desk and turned and walked out the now empty room. I hate that guy so damn much. "Fine, I'll cancel Paris. But assure me you will kick his ass out the water next week and win me this case by a mile or else I'll haunt you down," Amanda threatened, putting on her Gucci shades and grabbing her Gucci bag. She walked away. "Shouldn't be threatening people in court," I sighed to myself before leaving.
Entering back to my office building, I groaned before answering the phone. "What is it?" I asked the person over the next line already sensing it will be something that would piss me off. "Why do you always answer the phone like that? I swear you ruined my mood," she complained and simply I jumped my brows, because honestly, I couldn't careless. "Whatever, I like angry you. Just calling to let you know I'm cooking tonight, so don't have that big of a lunch.... Well I guess you can but make sure to be hungry by the time you reach home." I swear this world is actually filled up with some crazy ass people. By the way she speaks you'd think she was my wife or girlfriend but she isn't either. "I don't want you cooking and I damn sure don't want you in my house." I told her, truthfully but she laughed it off. "Don't be such a grump. I'm making your favorite. Okay, see you later." Maria quickly hung up before I had chance to even argue back at her that that wouldn't be necessary. "Fuck." I muttered to myself entering the elevator.
"Randy," I felt a poke on my arm, turning I saw my co-worker Tom, "Here, I was going to rest this on your desk, someone was asking for directions to your office to give you this," he told and dug into his jacket, pulling out a white envelope. "Thanks," I uttered, quickly opening it.
Shit! Seth is getting married and wants me to be there two weeks in advance! I pulled out a picture and saw it was him and his fiancé. Well, alright, I thought about the pair. Fuck! I didn't even know he had a girlfriend much less engaged! I don't even know if I can make it honestly.
