I woke up in the morning to go to training. I saw Connor and Christopher talking "strategy" at the table. I wasn't really hungry so I just got an apple and before I knew it it was gone. Then it hit me. 'Did Johanna get picked.' If she did she knows how to fight.... with an axe. "Alright, it's time for training. Lets go!" Christopher explained. Connor and I looked at each other and we had the same fear. Meeting people who want to kill us and are stronger than us. Well that's the point of making allies.

When we got to the training "area" I started looking for Johanna just in case she was here, and I had a feeling in my gut that she was. And right when I was about to get my hopes up, (that she wasn't there) I saw her at the weapons station, hitting the dummies with her axe, until finally... she looked at me. "Jace!" She screeched. I flinched at the nickname my family gave me, but I shook it off. "Jojo!" I teased giving her the nickname I made up that she absolutely despised. She shot me daggers but squeezed me in a tight embrace. 'How am I gonna kill her' I thought. "Look Finnick and I have a plan to get out of that arena alive." Johanna said. Huh? 'Did I say that out loud?' "Yes, yes you did say that out loud," she said. Holding back a giggle. "How? Just because Katniss Everdeen, and Peeta Melark tricked the game makers into letting them both win, doesn't mean they will make that same mistake twice!" I explained. Wait a second. SHE SAID WHAT NOW?!?!?!? FINNICK WAS HERE IN THIS HELL HOLE TOO?!?!?!?!?!?!?
