Something New

Trevor  and I were currently walking through the hallways to class, hand-in-hand. After he dropped me off to my class I turned to walk in to the class so that I could find my seat, but before I could walk off I felt a hand on the back of  my neck. "Are you going to walk away without giving me my kiss?" Before I could answer a familiar voice said "I don't think she wants you to grab her like that." I turned to see the same guy from the mall a couple days ago. "Oh...um… uh it's fine he…" "I thought I told you to stop worrying about my girlfriend the last time I saw you." "The last time I checked she was your best friend not you…" "Things change, and it happens that she changed her mind. Why don’t you ask her?" The guy turned his head to look at me, and for some reason I was afraid to tell him that I had accepted Trevor.

The smirk on Trevor's face grew when the mystery guy began to frown. "Diana did you…?" "How… how do you know my name?" Before he could answer I was grabbed into the room by someone.

"Hey it's you again" the girl from the mall chirped. Oh gosh what was her name again… "Isabel? What are you doing here?" "Oh well we Just started at this school. I guess you go here too then?" "Oh do we have the same class?" "I guess so, this is going to be so much fun." Before anyone of us could say anything else we heard the teacher say "If you are done with your own private conversations please come in and take your seat." I began to walk away when someone gripped my wrist and pulled me back. I turned to see who it was but before I could do anything Caleb pressed his lips against mine. I let him kiss me, because I felt like I had no power over the kiss. Truthfully it all felt wrong… I pulled away when I heard a growl echo in my ears. Trevor turned  me towards my class and lightly pushed me in the doorway.  I was too stuck in my own mind to realize what was going on.

I went to sit in my seat and prepare for class. "I'll come walk you to your next class" came Trevor's chilling voice. Without knowing my lips said "Ok babe I'll see you later."

Ever since the day in the mall I had been doing things like this. I would say things that I never thought about  or actions that I didn't want. It was like my body had a mind of it's own. It felt controlling, I felt like I had been cornered and trapped. I shook my head realizing that Isabel was talking to me. "Wait what?" "Gosh Ana pay attention. I was asking if you wanted to walk to the next class together since we both have Science together." "Oh yeah, of course we can." As soon as I answered her the bell rung. I must've been day dreaming the whole class. When I finished packing my books I walked to the door with Isabel. "Hey beautiful you ready?" "Oh um hey Trevor, Isabel wanted to know if I could walk to class with her instead?" "Oh yeah that's fine. I'll just see you at lunch ok."

Isabel and I began walking down the hallway chatting about nothing, but everything in girl terms when she asked, "So what do you think of my brother Axel?" "Oh, umm he seems really nice." I began to think about him and how he made me feel protected. When we finally got to our next class we went to sit in the back of the class, because the front tables were already packed with female galore. I was really surprised, they didn't seem like the sort of girls to pay attention. When we sat down and pulled out our notebooks the teacher walked in and I froze. As soon as I saw his golden eyes lock with mine, I knew why all the girls fluttered to the  front of the room. His golden eyes glowed with vibrant emotions as soon as he saw me. I quickly looked away feeling my face heat up. "Hello class my name is Axel Arcanal and I'm your new science teacher.
