Dean POV

Its been 4 hours since they put Aj in surgery.

I never moved a muscle.

Even when Seth went to go buy us food I didn't eat.

" Mrs. Mendez's Fiance " The doctor called out.

I kept my head down intill I remembered that her real last name is Mendes.

" I'm right here " I said getting up.

I stretched out since I was in the same position for 4 hours straight.

I looked back to see Seth laying on Roman. Awww. 😂

I walked down the hallway following the nurse intill we reached the door , it was 420.

I laughed in my head , but I haven't shown emotion in a while so nothing came out.

She opened the door and let me in.

My heart almost stopped when I saw Aj. She had all these wierd tubes hooked onto her. And she had this huge bandage looking thing wrapped around her stomach area.

I looked at her sleeping , I could tell she was in pain.

I walked in and grabbed a chair and set it by her bed.

I sat down and grabbed her hand, holding it tightly.

" So Mr.Mendez, your wife here has suffered a few fractured ribs on the lower side where her ribs are , do you know how this happened? " the nurse asked me.

" Well .. We are wrestlers , we're signed by the wwe , and we had a match earlier and my best friend over there , the Samoan one speared her , and after that this girl named Alexa Bliss grabbed Aj's belt and started to whip her with it .. Oh and this demon king named Finn tried to attack me and he pushed her away and she fell on her ribs and boom! " I made my arms go wide.

The nurse gave me a look and walked out the room.

" What we're sport entertainers not a ballet class " I yelled out.

I looked back at Aj and watched her lay there.

I sighed a little.

" Aj . You probably can't hear me but stay strong okay? I need you in my life. Screw Alexa! Screw Nikki! Screw Paige! .. Well Paige is your friend now so I don't know what to say.. But I used all those girls just to make you jealous. And in my defence you used Finn. And that worked pretty well. Anyways what I'm trying to say is that your special to me. And maybe i should have said it later but I was always so scared to express my feelings. Your a girl that every guy wishes he had. And your a girl I wish I had. Then I felt her hand grab tightly onto mine.

I looked at her who was now waking up.

She shot me a smile and looked into my eyes.

" Dean .. I " then the monitor stopped.

The straight line formed and her hand let go.

" No . No . No Aj No don't leave me okay? I need you Aj. Don't leave me . NURSE . NURSE COME IN HERE " I screamed while i was balling crying.

A bunch of doctors came in and tried everything to bring her back.

Aj POV

" Dean , where are you!! " I screamed. Every thing was black.

I then saw a light.

" Mom? "

" April in so proud of you " she ran over to hug me.

" How can i see you?!? " I said amazed.

" because your dead right now "

" WHAT "

" I'm kidding with you , your just in a fase we're your body shuts down but your still alive. " she said.

She brought me over so a section and I saw myself laying there.

I looked around the room and saw Dean on the floor crying.

" Dean .. Stop crying I'm ok! " I said shaking him.

" He can't hear you " my Mom said walking away.

" You love him don't you? " she said looking back at me.

" How do you know? "

" April you are my child , and I might be dead but I see everything "

I smiled .

" April , give this man a chance, he loves you , and if you ever want to talk to me , its very simple " she said.

She gave me a hug and she started to go blurry.

" Mom what's happening? " I said looking around.

" SHES ALIVE! " the doctor called out.

I raced to her bed and saw her laying there with her eyes open and everything.
