Alexia

  When I became Queen, my life changed. Obviously, for better. I learned how to love everyone and care for everyone. I loved being Queen. Keyword: Loved.

"Look! She's awake!" A voice whispered. I opened my eyes to a bright shining light.

My eyes slowly opened as many faces hovered over me. At first I couldn't make out who the people were but then I realized it was my husband and doctors.

"What happened?" I asked. Where are my children? I thought to myself.

Flashback:

The room, was dark, cold, and I was naked. I was alone. I was afraid. My children. My husband. My family. My people. Did they even know I was gone?

Footsteps approached towards me and soon I was drenched in cold water. Water. I never realized how much I needed water until now.

"Well, look who we have here. Little miss Alexia," a women's voice snared.

I knew that voice. Leslie. The cold demon who used to be my best friend.

"Why are you doing this to me!" I shrieked.

"Because, my dear, we loathe you." And there was the voice I never wanted to hear again. My other mate.

Flashback over.

Soon tears fell from my face. A pair of arms wrapped around my body and rubbed circles on my back to calm me down. Luke, my love, what would I ever do without him?

"Our kids are safe Lexi," he said. My babies. Kalani, Jackson, Alison, Colton and Caleb.

"Luke, how long has it been?" I asked, hopefully it wasn't too long but i'm also scared.

"5 months." He said. I was shocked. I was missing for five months? This is impossible.

Soon my doctor came into the room to update me on my injuries and how long i'd have to stay in this hospital bed, but there was also news I wasn't prepared for.

I lost my baby.
