Chapter 3

Matilda’s P.O.V.

I was walking towards Bree’s room when I was thinking about what Liam had said to me.

“Hey Bree, Liam asked me to go on a double date with you and Louis. Do you want to go on a double date or go by yourselves?” I asked Bree.

“Aw Matilda, Liam asked you on a date that’s sweet. It would be a pleasure to go on a double date with you.” Bree replied.

“Alright I have to go tell them that we will come.” I replied.

I started walking towards the kitchen when I heard this singing coming from a room in the hallway.

I peered my head into the room when I saw this blonde boy singing while playing the guitar.

“Hi, I’m Matilda who are you?” I asked him.

“Uh hi I’m um Niall.” He replied.

“Are you apart of One Direction?” I questioned

“Uh yes I am.” Niall said.

“You are really good at guitar do you think you could teach me one day?” I asked Niall.

“Sure give me a date and I’ll make it free for you.” Niall said.

“Thank you Niall I have to go now, I have to tell Liam that we are going on a double date with Louis and Bree.” I responded.

“Wow. Louis and Bree already.” Niall said surprised.

“Yeah I’ll see you later.” I said to Niall.

 I walked in to the kitchen to see Liam and Louis attempting to make dinner.

“Hey boys. What are you doing?” I said looking over Liam’s shoulder.

“We are making pasta for dinner” Liam said.

“Pasta?? Fascinating.” I said sarcastically.

“Yeah would you like to have dinner at our place tonight?” Louis asked.

“Um I’ll see if Bree wants to we do still need to catch up.” I said.

I didn’t know how to tell Liam that the double date was perfect, so I just blurted it out.

“Liam let’s go on the double date, Bree agreed and I’m really excited. Where are we going?” I asked.

“I wanted to keep it a surprise.” Louis said.

“A surprise?” Liam questioned.

“Yes, Liam a surprise. I’ll tell you what the surprise is later when Matilda isn’t in the room.” Louis winked at Liam.

“Okay boys I’ll leave you to the cooking.” I said leaving to go back to Bree’s room.

“Hey Bree, the boys are attempting to make pasta for dinner do you want to have dinner with them?” I asked.

“Cooking? Dinner? Liam? Louis?” Bree questioned.

"Argh yeah. Cooking. Dinner. Liam. Louis" I looked at her with a confused face

“Umm no I rather have Nando’s then have the food that they cook they are horrible at cooking.” Bree said.

“Well can we at least try their cooking and if it’s horrible in the first mouthful we can go out to Nando’s?” I said.

“Matilda I don’t think that, that is such a good idea. For all I know you will be sick the day after even with one mouthful.” Bree said.

“Okay let’s go tell them then.” I said.

Bree and I walked into the kitchen to see that Liam and Louis had finished making dinner.

“I see you have decided to join us for dinner” Liam said wallking up to me placing his hands around my waist.

“Um no boys we have come to tell you that we don’t even want to try your cooking we are going out to Nando’s for dinner.” Bree said.

“Okay then” Louis said.

“Louis, I’m going to eat this pasta. All this cooking going to waste that can’t happen Niall would be so angry with us” Liam argued.

“Okay Liam but I’m going to go to Nando’s with the girls” Lou said.

As we were about to walk out the door to go to Nando’s Liam came running after us.

“Oh my god give me water immediately. That pasta was horrible.” Liam shouted.

Bree turned to me as soon as Liam said that.

“I told you didn’t I?” Bree teased.

“Yes Bree, you did tell me now don’t rub it in.” I said back.

We had arrived at Nando’s when we saw Niall at a corner table scoffing down piles of food.

“How can Niall not be fat with all the food he eats?” I asked.

“He works it off.” Liam said.

Niall had 3 plates of food in front of him.

"Is this like his favourite restaurant or something?" i asked.

"Yeah, he has a card that entitles him to free food at any Nando's in the world." Louis chuckled.

Our orders had arrived and Niall came to join us.

"Hey Niall." Bree said with a mouthful of food.

"Hey Bree" Niall replied.

We had finished eating all our food when Niall got up out of his seat.

"Hey guys, I'll see you at home im getting a little tired." Niall said rubbing his eyes.

"Alright Niall we'll see you there." Liam said waving to Niall.
