So I'm just going to come out and say that what I'm about to tell you is my story. A very dark story with hard choices in life that I hope none of you will go through, actually depending on my choice on the matter, you may never have to make hard decisions ever again. I know you might think that's a good thing but it's not because here are my choices: the first choice is to save the world, the second... is to end it.
Now let's start from the beginning, not my beginning but the beginning of the war, the war between man and demon. To be honest we humans are arrogant, When we saw that tiny village full of demons, we thought our technology and machinery would erase them the moment they step out of line. So because of that foolish thinking, we decided to make contact with them, to see if they can be reasoned with and turns out, they were. The head demon oryx, had a talk with our leaders telling them they have nothing to fear they just what to live a simple life. They managed to escape hell and didn't want to return, so they wanted to be left alone. After hearing that our leaders decided to leave them alone, to let them continue on with their new found freedom and compared to my life of decisions, that was by far the dumbest decision. Anyway the demons went on with their business and kept to themselves. Luckily, some people had some sense, and kept a watchful eye on them, a couple of months have passed and everything was okay until there was a massive energy spike in the middle of the demon village, the humans immediately sent people to investigate. They never reported back. The world leaders came together to make a decision, to either face the demons head on or have a peaceful talk with them to see what's going on. They did both, the world leaders go in and see what's going on and if they didn't like what they see or hear, they leave . Then the moment their far from the village, the military will bomb the place then send in a clean up crew to make sure no one survives. They arrive in the village and see oryx doing a ritual of some sort. When the leaders see this they run, except for one. What a brave stupid soul, anyway he says
Stupid soul-oryx what the hell are you doing.
Oryx looks like he's done doing his ritual, so he turns around slowly with arms out stretched, he looks at him and says
Oryx-summoning the gates of hell.
Then a large hole forms in the sky and demons start pouring out, the human backs away slowly, fear in his eyes.
Stupid soul-oryx I thought we had a deal, you said you mean no harm.
Oryx only looked at him then appeared before him and wrapped his hand around his throat. He then lifted him up in place.
Oryx-and you believed me
With a vicious grin on his face he broke the leader's neck and dropped him. He turned towards his army
Oryx- My brothers, it's time we take back what's ours.
In response they all roared a dreadful scream...letting every human being know that they were no longer at the top of the food chain. And that's was it, that was the beginning of a war that seemed like it would last forever...well...until I showed up.
