~Chapter 1:Repetition~

Lucy's POV:

*Sigh*Another day. Another loss at a battle... it's almost the same thing we do everyday.

I woke up sweating in my bed, and with a throbbing headache. I had that dream again. It's always that same dream that I have. I dream of the day Natsu comes back to us, all the great things that would happen...how happy everyone would be. But of course, that won't be.

Everyday, the events change in my dream. It could end up being the most random thing in the world or maybe too realistic. But all I pay attention to is the part where Natsu comes in.

I secretly long for that day to happen.

I shake my head out of disbelief and stumble out of bed, tripping over my bed sheets. I walk towards the bathroom which is straight in front of me, when I bump into something. Something furry. Something very blue.

I open my eyes and I see Happy hugging my head. He does this everyday the poor thing. Ever since Natsu...went away...Happy was the only one that didn't believe it. He didn't want to.

I managed to pull the cat off my head, and I held him in front of me.

"Lucy, when is he coming back?" He asked me after I pulled the cat hair off my head.

"Look Happy, I told you-"

"But he's coming I know it! Who knows he might even be in Magnolia right now Lucy!!"

I stared into his big pleading eyes. My response was a second quick hug, and then I placed him down gently on my mahogany desk.

I managed to make my way to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, and my hair, got dressed and made my way to the Guild, along with Happy.

This is what happens everyday. It's no different at all. I guess I'm so used to it that it'll be unusual to change my routine.
